Our solution Through our consultation with Cyclomedica we designed and manufactured new tooling. With the client s approval we commenced moulding their plastic parts. It has been 4 years now since we started supplying and we have consistently met our delivery deadlines. Please accept my sincere appreciation of you, Sean and Bell Plastics staff who always deliver a good product on time. We have been using Bell Plastics for the past 4 years and have found service, quality and delivery to be outstanding. I find it very important that there is a strong communication link between us so that we can both understand our plastics moulding and tooling requirements. 8 Client Projects >> Aymroo Pipeping connections Client problem Fabricating pipe fittings is typically a slow and labour intensive process. Aymroo approached us with the need to reduce costs and increase productivity and efficiency for this process. Our solution We designed and manufactured tooling which enabled us to replace the fabricated pipe fittings with a one piece moulded pipe fitting that is much more durable. This new process increased productivity and reduced labour costs for Aymroo which is why they have been a client of ours now for 10 years. "We at Aymroo have been dealing with Bell Plastics for over 10 years, our relationship beginning with the design and development of our first and largest tool which is the backbone of a major product line. Since then we have worked together on 2 more projects with Bell Plastics handling the moulding of these parts since the tool s design and production.... If we need any parts sooner than was planned for they have been able to do their best to get us out of trouble, this is the benefit of being involved with a local Australian company. The quality of the products supplied to us has always been very high and this reflects very well on us, I can t even think of any factory rejects that had to be sent back which shows their commitment to quality control within their business.
