4 Products and Services 4 Products and Services Product development: Design and project from a single source Range of Products Connectors Assembled Components Rivet-/Crimp-Connectors Bushes ZETKA sticks out with a professional consulting of its customers. The product development is carried out at ZETKA from the design to the projecting. In this way stamped and bent parts made of metal strips and wires are produced, both as single parts and on a strip. ZETKA manufactures furthermore assembled parts by welding or riveting, com- plete components, complex parts completely moulded or coated. All things are possible with the system supplier ZETKA. ZETKA special machine According to customer requirements this new special machine was individually developed for the further processing of plated parts.

6 Machinery 6 Perfect equipment A state-of-the-art toolshop and 35 production machines offer maximum flexibility It is not only the perfect but also the fast toolmaking implementation in the demand of our customers. We meet this demands with investments in 3D-CAD/CAM workstations, latest five-axe milling machines and a robot controlled eroding center in a completely air-conditioned toolshop. The machinery of the production contains 10 Bruderer stamping presses, including a 50 tons high performance stamping system, and 25 Bihler stamping and bending machines. The machines in our plant are set up to guarantee a perfect material flow regarding the delivery of raw material as well as the peripheral equipment, e.g. pallet coiler and decoiler, box changer, and regarding the transport of the finished parts to our deburring or degreasing department. We are able to deburr small and filigree pieces. According to the case of application we use different abrasive media made of siliconoxyd and magnesiumoxyd. This process is appreciated by customers with automatic feeding systems. We degrease parts carefully and cleanly with our PERO degreasing facility. We degrease under vacuum and therefore without any pollution caused by solvents. 7 7 Quality Management Optimal quality management Critical processes are recognized with 100% online control system. Our controlling delivers current key figures by evaluation of cross-linked operating data for the execution of our strategies by Balanced Scorecard and for the production status. Elimination of errors is ranked first at ZET- KA this is why our quality control team is involved in the process of development. Thus crucial processes are recognized and can be handled e.g. with a 100% online control system. This systems, regularly improved by us, delivers dependable data even at a speed of above 1000 strokes per minute. Regarding our spot checks we focus on a video measuring system with direct control charts to ensure that our production team monitors the result as well as the history of the measurement. We realize the documentation and processes from development to samples in accordance to the current requirements of the automobile industry. Our management system covers not only the certified quality range but also environmental, workplace safety and risk management. All processes are displayed as flowcharts in our intranet so that our staff has access via interface to all information from checklists to emergency guides. 100% online control measurement by roboter Nikon video check
