These constructions can be drawn with two high performance plotters Kongsberg XL20 (2012), one with a camera with a register mark detection and one with a corrugated board creasing device, and with an ELCEDE-plotter on original material and be cut out. The collected data is also used for the laser-supported construction of punching tools and for the exact digital imposition. Ink mixing laboratory - computer-aided system to recipe colours - measures are made by a spectralphotometer Gretag Offset printing - 1 printing machine KBA Rapida L, size VI (up to 102 x 142 cm), printing up to 5 colours + varnish in one passage - 1 printing machine KBA Rapida L, oversize IIIB (up to 74 x 105 cm), printing up to 6 colours + varnish in one passage Both machines are fit up with the system Densitronic S for a parallel measuring colours density and the spectral colour equivalence for a high stability and sending relevant informations to the sliders during the printing process.
