Dealers will place the order of above equipments on their letterhead as per enclosed annexure of Order Format attached as Annexure Dealer will prepare a 60% advance payment draft in favor of vendor and send it along with the purchase order directly to vendor. On receipt of the Purchase Order and payment from the dealer, the concerned vendor shall arrange to dispatch within four to six weeks. 3. Prior to the dispatch of the equipment, dealer will make the remaining 40% payment through demand draft to the concerned vendor.
