2 Introduction GTL (Pvt) Limited ( is a Sri Lankan based Company, which is conveniently located at No.08.Liyanagemulla, Seeduwa. The facility is situated in a 19-acre land, an impressive, purpose-built Logistics center which is fully bonded and operates as a Logistics Hub, in Sri Lanka. Though predominantly catering to the Apparel sector GTL is also geared to handle the needs of other industry verticals from ambient and air-conditioned storage facilities to FMCG, pharmaceuticals, value added services such as repacking, labeling, pricing, banding etc. We are proactive in our approach in providing services to our esteemed clients and believe in finding/developing new solutions in order to be ahead of the competition. Transportation We started a new Container transport service combined with a UK based transport company called Gold Star Transport. We have in our fleet 25 Prime mover & 50 trailers at present and are geared to provide following services to our esteemed customers. Transportation of cargo from the local factories to GTL warehouse. Laden and empty container transportation from GTL to SLPA Delivery arrangements for samples or small packages (Trims/Accessories/documents etc.) Secondary distribution with inter shuttle transportation services between factories and or DCs Information Technology Our end-to-end solution demands seamless integration of software and systems, providing visibility of real-time data throughout the network Customized warehouse Management System Data held on local server but regularly backed up on server located in the UK (via a VPN) All communication links to GTL are by optical fiber Customers may specify their own requirements for EDI links 4

6 Guaranteed Performance Standards at GTL A Comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) covering all vital operational areas will be developed and agreed by both parties in order to prevent disruptions to the smooth flow of operations. GTL shall deploy a competent work force (managerial, clerical & labor) to handle all operations (cargo loading/unloading, put away/picking) within the GTL premises. In addition, a dedicated operations person shall be appointed to coordinate all Operations on behalf of the customer. Flexibility, Speed & Responsiveness. Our onsite team of Customs, BOI officials ensures a 24/7 operation. GTL has in place, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehousing & transportation operation activities. These documented SOPs for warehouse & transportation management operations cover cargo Receiving, Put away, Picking, Issuing, returns Processing cargo delivery and Cycle-counting. Inventory Accuracy, Actual inventory quantity vs. system-reported quantity, damaged Inventory measured as a % of inventory value (cost), Rejected cargo as a % of total cargo received at GTL DC (Factory/Supplier wise) Value added Services Customs clearance & Freight forwarding (Air/Sea) Stretch/shrink wrapping Palletizing Labeling & tagging Bar code scanning Repair section for finished garments 6
