2 Rothe first incorporated back in Our San Antonio Metrology Laboratory was established in 1976 to service commercial industry and the U.S. Government throughout the U.S.A. and principally South Texas including Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. The Houston facility opened in 1999 and specializes in the repair and calibration of measuring and test equipment. The Houston facility has state-of-the-art electronic equipment and computer automated procedures to help insure accuracy, repeatable, and timely calibration of your equipment. Our customer base ranges from large multi-million dollar corporations to small proprietorships. Our goal is perfection through technical excellence, realizing that there is little margin for error in our business. The key to attaining this goal is our quality assurance program which is registered by DQS to ISO 9001 and accredited to ISO 17025, Z540.1 and Z540-3 by ANAB, combined with our policy of continuous customer interface and active solicitation of feedback. These programs are at the root of our customer satisfaction and loyalty. Research, engineering, manufacturing and inspection services are only as sound as the company s test equipment. We specialize in precision calibration and repair of a wide variety of electronic and physical test equipment that measure AC/DC Voltage, Resistance, Capacitance, Frequency, Temperature, Pressure, Torque, Length and much more. All calibration measurements performed by our laboratory are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). 2

5 Internet access to your equipment records View your equipment status and history online through our web based database access software. You have direct access to the calibration database the technicians use and it is updated in real time as your items are processed in the lab (does not apply to on-site calibration records are generally updated every 24 hours). This access is available at no extra cost when you use Rothe for your calibration needs. With this access you can: View the status of your equipment as it is processed through our lab and know when items are completed. View a complete calibration history of your items for the entire time Rothe has serviced your equipment. We have records on equipment going back to Instant access to calibration certificates and most data as well as the ability to save as a PDF file. View equipment coming due for calibration. View a listing of all equipment Rothe has serviced for you. We are able to create other reports upon request if you have specific things you would like to be able to see. 5
