5 08 CONTROL TECHNOLOGY 09 INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION Benefit from our experiences Individual switch cabinet technology for industrial applications Our intelligent automation ensures an increased speed of many of your production steps. MINDA will find a suitable solution for your demands. A modern, efficient control technology is the basis for all production steps of an automatic plant. We are mainly using hardware of the type S7, which will soon be adopted to the so-called TIA-portal (totally integrated automation). Thus, a best possible central supervision of control units, drives and motion controls is provided. Our qualified electrical engineers, who permanently extend their field of application by regular further education, are responsible for the programming tasks. The competent creation of wiring diagrams as well as the planning of switch cabinet configuration is carried out by our system planners with special CAD software. All machines are tested with the corresponding controls here at MINDA prior to their delivery in order to ensure a fast and perfect commissioning at the customer. For the mechanical production, modern machines for turning and milling in different sizes are available. In the steel construction, the racks and assembly groups are connected by means of modern gas-shielding arc welding devices, then they are adjusted and welded. Everything is joined in the assembly department up to the test run with the control cabinets. On demand, we are pleased to arrange a factory acceptance test together with the customer. After dismantling and despatch, the complete equipment is installed and commissioned at site by our qualified staff. For a successful and systematic control a detailed training will follow. Over the entire life time of the plant, we provide service and spare parts. Thus, we come full circle. All steps of the turning and milling machining are executed here so that even complex customers requirements can be easily realized. Moreover, MINDA develops and produces complete plants for the in-house material flow of goods, which are controlled by a specially developed software and integrated into customer-specific technological solutions. Another focus is the device construction - among others, MINDA Tangermünde offers universal clamping devices for laser welding systems incl. PLC control. Workshop equipment for this sector includes, for example, lifting tables for lateral working pits, devices for wheel set processing and storage as well as special devices and transport units. MINDA also realizes special plants according to customers requirements with different drive and control concepts, whereby it is focused on the development of customized solutions in all sectors of the mechanical engineering.
