Our supercargo will board the vessel on the first day and remain on board until the final full loading and completion of lashing. Supercargo will coordinate the entire operations among shipper, agents, master and vessel charterer. Our appointments are directly with the charterer of the log carriers. 16 SHIP MANAGEMENT ISPS / ISM / MLC PMCSB is currently managing 2 landing crafts which is plying between Sarawak and PNG/Solomon PMCSB is the Document of Compliance (DOC) holder for International Safety Management (ISM) from Niue Registry and provides the DPA functions. We develop SMS systems for shipping companies. ISPS (International Ships&PortFacility Code ) we are the CSO, our CSO carries out all the relevant requirements as per the ISPS code. Our ISPS Consultancy department carries out the On Scene survey, Ship Security Assessment and develops the Ship Security Plan. Submit the SSP for approval, attends internal and external audits with classification society until the ISSC is issued.

17 SHIP MANAGEMENT ISPS / ISM / MLC We assist shipping companies in the Development of Part 1 & Part 2 of the MLC convention documentations. Wedevelopcrewcontracts/agreementsforvessel owners. Assist owners in the preparation for MLC surveys.

18 VESSEL SECURITY TRACKING & MONITORING SERVICES PMCSB provides 24/7 vessel security tracking and monitoring services. Initial Stage: We discuss with vessel owners the security risk involved in their current trading areas. Whether there is a need for continuous security monitoring. 2 nd Stage:Shipvisittoidentifythecurrenthardeningsonthevessel.Wecarryout the Ship Security Assessment and recommend the additional improvements required. Installation of the tracking device. 3 rd Stage: Training of the ships & shore staff with regards to anti-piracy/hijacking methods. The procedures during a piracy attack

Appointment and coordinating with the flag surveyor for the annual surveys. Assist vessel owners to rectify new conventions, PSC defects and any other relevant matter.
