Specialised technology Controlled Atmosphere (CA) CA is designed to maintain oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, slowing down the ripening rate of the fruit. Cold Treatment (CT) sterilisation This is applied during the shipping process. Probes are used to record, monitor and maintain pulp temperatures 24/7 throughout transit. Fresh air ventilation Ventilation is necessary in order to remove the heat, carbon dioxide and gases produced by the cargo. Humidity control (HMC) Our containers are equipped with systems that can both increase or decrease the relative humidity level between the range of 65% to 95%.
