As a railway company with a network of more than 34 km, we combine the marshalling and shunting yards with the proximity of two port areas. This means we can offer you a tri-modal service. Numerous local companies in the chemical and recycling industry, the engineering and logistic service providers, power plants as well as our intermodal terminal are connected by rail to WHE s own rail infrastructure network. We have our own rolling stock. Our fleet of diesel locomotives is comprised of various performance classes - from shunter to mainline locomotive. Our own fleet of freight wagons completes our range of services. We can also hire additional locomotives and wagons to satisfy your requirements. Bulk and general cargo such as coal, coke, power plant waste, grain, scrap, steel pipes and plaster can be loaded in our two port areas (East and West), quickly and reliably. Our flexible handling facilities can be adapted to suit va rious types of equipment. Fly ash is in safe hands in our silo. Our partner companies are in close proximity to private sidings, which are connected and equipped to handle truck loading ramps to ensure that your sensitive products are protected against wind and weather. Through direct or close access to the A2, A40, A42, A43 motorways and its valuable experience in dealing with trailers, CTH has become a leading regional specialist in this segment. the Benelux countries enables CTH to be the hub which taps into a wider European intermodal network.
