1 ET4 The measuring unit consists of a glass table and a tele-centric lens framed in aluminium profiles and painted guards, RAL The overall dimensions are: 420 x 840 x H2000 mm.the operator places the part to measure on the glass table, the camera (matrix 2000x2000) together with the telecentric lens acquires the image without distortion. The collected data can be accessed by the operator through the graphic interface. These data are saved in a database and are available for the operator at any time. 3 Densimetro The system allows to measure the density of solid bodies in elastomeric material. The device works on the principle of the weight measure, of the volume determination through the thrust received by the body in the liquid and the correction due to the liquid temperature. The device is composed of an electronic scale (accuracy 0,001 g), an automatic piece handling system and an external keyboard. Through the data interface, the values are displayed on both keyboard and PC and elaborated in a dedicated database. 4 Spess Instrument for the thickness measuring. It can be programmed to check different thickness with a double tolerance (+ or - xxx) The machine structure is made of aluminum while the plane, where the laser heads are positioned, is made of steel. Parts are loaded manually by the operator onto an antiscratch belt. The software recognizes the profile while the parts pass under the laser heads.the result displayed is a line representing the profile as if the analyzed parts were cut. The system calculates the measures and displays them according to the data previously set in the system and in the respect of the tolerances. 5 Mistral Automatic sorting machine.the pieces will be loaded in a bulk and then separated, in different bins, into good parts (iin the tolerance range) and scraps, at the end of each inspection cycle. The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances required and as a result, he obtains a complete report of the good parts, the scrap details and the counting for each type. This machine is available in two versions: Automatic: lenses and feeding system are completely motorized (motors with encoders). The machine can be set automatically in few seconds. Manual: manual optimization of the zoom and aperture as well as of the feeding system. The estimated time for this operation is 15'. The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability of the checks and traceability of the inspected batches. Option: Both versions (automatic and manual) can be equipped, even later, with a single periferico unit for the inspection of the border's surface and with packaging and labelling machine. 7 Ispegg Automatic sorting machine for big gaskets, composed of 6 inspection stations. The feeding unit conveys the pieces, one by one, on the handling system which carries them to the "Pick&Place" device. This will load one piece at a time onto the checking stations. Two pulleys, one of which is motorized, will put the piece in rotation. Each camera inspects one portion of the piece thus guaranteeing the check on the whole surface. 10 DIM Automatic sorting machine for diaphragms and similar parts. It consists in 5 parallel stations to check the seal. The operator loads the parts manually on a synchronized revolving table with double button. 5 stations will check the loss of pression and they will detect the defected part. Pick&place devices will prepare the parts for the dimensional and surface inspection. At the end of the cycle, a robot will select and unload the rejected parts and will place the good ones into the relative gathering blisters. An additional lung with empty and full blisters complete the supply guaranteeing a longer autonomy.
