Over look at fresh produce, butchery, canteen and restaurant s compliance to food safety and quality assurance. Monthly Store and Subcontractors audit. Weekly Sales floor audit. Daily Customer and Staff ablutions inspections. Daily check on Subcontractors (Deli, Coffee shop etc.). Daily temperature checks. Daily stock rotation and record keeping. Ensure storage of foods is done appropriately - e.g. stacked to avoid damage, Segregation of damaged items, FIFO principles. Ensure Receiving/ Goods Returns/ Damages front and back are appropriately managed. Ensure Makro compliance levels are upheld by our Subcontractors in store (Coffee shop, canteen, deli etc.) Maintain the Calibration and Verification of all measuring equipment on site.
