3 Parker & Company s History Parker & Company was founded by our President and CEO Frank Parker in 1984 to service the needs of US and Foreign Multi national companies located on the border and in the interior of Mexico First office was opened in Brownsville, Texas in 1985 Second office was opened in McAllen, Texas in 1992 Third office was opened in Laredo, Texas in 1996 A sales and customer service office was opened in Monterrey, Mexico in 1996 and now handles operations Fourth office was opened in 1999 in Corpus Christi Texas
