This allows the Association the ability to assure that each site be kept clean and orderly. Member is responsible to provide the name of the person responsible for clean up and container management to the Association. When the permit from Parish to begin construction is obtained, contact person must contact the Association to schedule delivery of portable toilet and debris container (985) extension 302. Failure to comply will result in fees and fines applied to the Member above and beyond all other necessary application fees. * Waste Fees: 1. Roll Off Container (dumpster) All Homes $400 for 30 yard container a) Maximum weight inside roll off is 4 tons for haul rate. Overage tons are charged $30.00 per ton. b) Weight must be evenly distributed throughout the roll off. c) Material in roll off must not extend over the top or side. ** Note: Allowance for heavy objects in construction container, such as concrete debris or washout concrete debris; Member must only fill the container halfway with such heavy materials. 2. Portable Toilets All Homes $70.00 per month, serviced once per week ** Compliance Portion of Deposit is refundable so long as project is completed (including landscaping) during project time allowance, and has received final inspection by ARC approval. New Construction: one (1) year from date of ARC approval to begin project letter. Exterior Projects: time set with application begins from date of ARC approval to begin project letter not to exceed six (6) months.
