2 GENERAL REMARKS All incoming shipments for Argentina need to have Green light from DHL Argentina. This request is due to government regulations that could affect the release of goods at Argentinian customs. If any shipment arrive to Argentina without Green light and consignee is not able to release the cargo, consignee will claim for extra charges to DHL Argentina and this costs will be billed back to origin station. Exceptions can be able only made when DHL Argentina confirms with each particular consignee that their shipment don t need relight. It is required a registered Exporter / Importer in Argentinian Customs. Rates adjustment: Fees shall be updated automatically, taking into account the rate of increase on salaries of employees under Commerce Union. These rates don t include Implant. Standard issue reports are only included. 3PB s shipment will apply 1% of billing amount with a Min. EUR 40,00 // Max. EUR 150,00 Charges NOT valid for Human rest, Class Rates, Personal Effects, Live Animals, Fairs, DGR Goods, Refrigerated Goods, Temporary Shipments. Shipments Kgs.: We recommend to re-confirm the above mentioned charges prior to shipping resp. Confirmation to your customer. Vat 21% is not included 2

3 AIRFREIGHT REMARKS If may apply caution policy is in charge of Exporter. Resol. IATA Nro. 519 (Collect shipments) 6 % over total HB amount - Min. Usd 45,00 + VAT 21%. For AFR Shipments Back to Back (BTB) you will have to add the cost of terminal Handling Fee of USD Storage, Government and 3rd party fees are subject to fluctuation and will be charged at cost at the time of the shipment. For All AR s shipment In/Out must be apply government fee Res 3244 Usd 37,00 per shipment Special clause on "shipment value protection" for Pick up or Delivery: cargoes cannot be transported unless covered by shipper/consignee "shipment value protection" policy including the non repetition clause to the carrier. As an alternative, DGF can offer door to door insurance coverage including non repetition clause to carrier. Otherwise, we will apply the insurance automatically and we will require the commercial invoice to calculate the percentage. The minimum charge is AFRI USD 173,00// AFRE USD 200,00. Policy custody, if needed, will be provided accordingly at time of shipment. 3

These Duties & Taxes will have to be Pay by Importer according to harmonize code. Delivery rates ONLY apply if DGF AR performs the import customs clearance. If not, spot delivery rates will need to be requested. Import or Export Duties & Taxes, according Harmonize Code. Not includes in this quotation. Export duties must be guaranteed by caution policy Additional item: USD 2,00 + VAT 21% Affidavit (SIMI): USD 125,00 + VAT 21% (Only apply for imports) Pre-verification: USD 70,00 + VAT 21% Only if required (Only apply for imports) Doc s digitalization (According AR regulation Nbr. 2573/09): USD 21,50 + VAT 21% Rates exclude the following special services/fees: 3rd Party Billing Fees, Storage, Detention/Demurrage, Special Handling, Tolls, Insurance, Security Escort, Special Documentation, Special Equipment, Special Events (fairs, exhibitions, etc.), Labeling, Inspection, Loading/Unloading onsite, container drop off with additional round trips, Labor Fees, Forklift Fees, Quarantine, Fumigation, X-Ray (also note that in case parcels cannot be scanned by X Ray due to opacity, oversize, dimensions etc., a supplementary fee will be applied), Delivery Order Fee, Special Licenses/Permits, Courier Services or any other 3rd Party Fees, special berth charges at ports. These services/fees, if applicable, will be charged at cost at the time of the shipment.

5 CUSTOMS REMARKS 5 If applicable, a pharma inspection fee will be charged. This quotation includes our management to Customs for clearance of goods under the regulations in effect upon this quote. Any new possible new regulation or requirement to comply with the normal customs process will be quoted promptly. Harmonized Codes determination: Included in this quotation up to 50 SKU per month. Storage, Government and 3rd party fees are subject to fluctuation and will be charged at cost at the time of the shipment. Duties & Taxes according to harmonize code. Delivery rates ONLY apply if DGF AR performs the import customs clearance. If not, spot delivery rates will need to be requested. All customs brokerage services of DHL Global Forwarding are offered and transacted under the DHL Standard Trading Terms and Conditions. DGF's liability howsoever arising is limited to USD 50 or the amount of fees paid for that service whichever is less. The maximum annual aggregate liability of DGF to the Customer under these GT&C whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, howsoever arising, shall not exceed 25 (twenty five) percent of all the total charges paid to DGF by Customer providing the relevant Services in the relevant country in the contract year in which the error, omission or other event occurred. The Customer confirms that the provision of the service by DHL Global Forwarding will not constitute a breach by the Customer or DHL Global Forwarding of any sanction, embargo, or export control laws imposed by any government or other competent authority ( Sanctions ) which apply to Customer or DHL Global Forwarding.

6 CUSTOMS REMARKS "Customs Clearance pricing, if quoted, is for standard clearance services unless otherwise specified. The rate is only applicable for shipments up to 3 line items. If any additional entry line beyond 3, an additional entry line fee will be applicable for each additional line. Additional accessorial may also apply for additional classifications, invoices, Customs inspections, temporary import, re-export, transportation under bond, etc. Duties and taxes paid by DHL Global Forwarding shall be reimbursed by customer within 7 days from invoice date. If DHL Global Forwarding is not the appointed Customs Broker, a document turnover fee may apply. Additional charges would apply for services like, but not limited to, OGA (Other Governmental Agencies) clearances, License procurement, Special Import Permits etc. All Statutory charges e.g. Custodian, Airline, Freight Forwarder, EDI, Escort Fee, MOT / COT (Customs / Merchant over time) would be as per the receipt." This quotation doesn t include charges or representations in third party organisms (INAL, ANAMT, Sec. of Ind. and Trade (92/98 or Non Automatic License), SENASA, etc.).
