5 ABOUT QALCO/ Third Coast International Qatar Third Coast International Qatar W.L.L. is a joint venture between Third Coast International B.V.I. and the owners of Qatar Lubricants Company (QALCO). The company was established on October 29th 2012 and provides specialized chemical storage, toll processing including contract blending, drumming and associated operations with an emphasis on serving the Qatari petrochemical industry. Third Coast International Qatar handles the Middle East and wider regional sales and marketing for the joint venture with QALCO providing the operational infrastructure at the Mesaieed terminal thereby providing a seamless full service offering to our customers. The joint venture has constructed the only independent bulk chemical terminal facility in Qatar. It is strategically located in the port of Mesaieed, Qatar. Mesaieed port is the southern gateway to Qatar and is located in a natural bay and is the heartland of Qatar s industrial base. The port has 29 active berths and has deep sea bulk liquid cargo access and in-bound and out-bound container logistics. The new port project, opening in 2016 is close by and the existing port of Doha is only 40 km distant. The other main petrochemical hub in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is 450 km away and the facility is strategically located to serve the wider G.C.C. petrochemical industry. The company provides chemical logistics solutions supported by assets which includes; 28 new storage tanks, blending tanks, expanded bunding, nitrogen tank, upgraded utilities including a new de-ionized water unit, new laboratory infrastructure, fire water tank and ring, weighbridge and a brand new drumming line which compliments the existing QALCO lubricant and grease manufacturing and packaging infrastructure. An additional site outside of the Mesaieed port is also available to the joint venture. The company can therefore provide storage, blending, distribution, customs clearance, invoicing services and local and international logistics movements for customers. Third Coast International Qatar and QALCO as the operational partner, operate to the highest international standards with regards to environmental, health, safety, security and quality. Environmental security and the responsible handling of chemicals is at the heart our operations. It is critical in Qatar and the wider region to safeguard the environment from chemical releases to the environment. It is imperative to manage chemicals in the safest possible manner and ensure that liabilities are mitigated through the proper handling and storage of bulk and packaged chemicals. The company works with all of the relevant regulatory bodies in Qatar including the Ministry of the Environment, Mesaieed Industrial City authority and the Mesaieed Port Authority to meet these goals.

7 Mission Statement Third Coast International Qatar Third Coast International Qatar has been formed to provide chemical storage and associated terminal services to the chemical, oil and gas industries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) national members with a strong emphasis on the State of Qatar. The joint venture partners between them have a long and successful experience in the region and within the global chemical service industry. As Qatar continues to invest in its domestic petrochemical industry the need for specialized service providers will continue to grow, Third Coast International Qatar aims to fulfil these needs. Third Coast International Qatar will operate to the highest environmental, health, safety and quality standards and will ensure customer requirements are met at all times. Storing bulk liquid chemicals and oils including oilfield and refinery chemicals, automotive chemicals, amines, glycols, polyols and related products. All tanks have nitrogen blanketing capability and are built to NFPA 30 standards. Drumming Two drumming lines are available.
