Basic functions such as Intake, Dispatch, vehicle status board and job control. When is used with other mobile application from TIS (Transportation Information system, Inc.) will automate field communication and dispatch centers. 7 Index Dispatch Call Waiting Click on tab Call Waiting The right side of the screen will provide the current unit, job status board of all units so that user can assign calls if they are not busy The left side of the screen will show you all pending calls to be assign to an available vehicle. When selecting a call to be assign, there are buttons to assist user on making decision on procedure such as When click on Preview route, will assist user when selecting units or Estimating time. When Clicking on will assign call to driver and send information about the call to TIS imobile Workstation. In term, drive will self update status on call and update electronically dispatch of jobs status. If there is a call information that needs to be edit, you can do that by clicking on the will bring call entry screen to add/correct information, when you finished just press SAVE If call needs to be cancel, for any reason, Dispatcher can cancel any call waiting by simply clicking on

10 MDT3 Mobile Workstation When turning on MDT3 workstation on the desktop. Touch TIS Mobile Data Terminal blue icon Type you assign login and password, and select the vehicle ID you are driving. The screen will be configure for your type of business. On this particular picture you will have Call assigned and at the bottom section you ll find the Job Status at the right hand side of the MAP, and the store messages for later review. 11 Index Search completed calls When clicking on View slip will allow dispatcher view /print or invoice When Clicking Edit will allow user to Edit any information about call
