3 ELEVATOR SOLUTIONS REFERENCES FOR PERFECT INTEGRATION Lödige Goods Lifts are the optimum solution for bridging height differences in storage and production facilities. Our SHERPA lift can be integrated into existing buildings or rack systems without requiring any special civil engineering or building works. The lift is designed in accordance with the European Machine Directive 2006/42/EC. The highly proven SHERPA lift system forms the central component of the MUVA transportation system. It offers an automatic cost-efficient, multi-level transfer solution for palletized goods that does not require operating personnel to be available on individual levels. 01 BMW BRILLIANCE AUTOMOTIVE, SHENYANG Lödige Asia delivered four new SHERPA s to BMW s Shenyang plant in 2009 and (Payload: 1 ton, Travel height: 5.4 m, Platform dimensions (WxDxH): 1.5 x 1.5 x 2 m) 02 HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, HONG KONG For handling out of gauge baggage in a secure environment, Lödige Asia was chosen to design, deliver and install one SHERPA lift, spare part package and individually tailored maintenance package. (Payload: 2 tons, Travel height: 4.8 m, Lift dimensions (WxDxH): 1.6 x 2.5 x 2.5 m) 03 ANA CARGO TERMINAL, TOKYO Two units of MUVA multi-level transportation were installed in the ANA Cargo Terminal. At each level, palletized goods are placed on a roller conveyor system that feeds the goods into the lift. The transport of goods from this point is fully automatic. KARYADIBYA MAHARDHIKA, Lödige Asia have designed, delivered and installed Olympus Goods Passenger Lifts connecting three building floors with each other. 2 units with 5 tons nominal load (Travel height: 11.5 / 14 m, Cabin dimensions (WxDxH): 2.5 x 3.3 x 2.6 m) PHOENIX HOTEL, TRUCK LIFTS SINGAPORE To bridge variable levels and for very heavy loads, Lödige has developed highly effective solutions in the form of a series of Truck Lifts.
