5 Internal Auditor Qualification Internal auditor qualification The organization shall have internal auditors who are qualified to audit the requirements of this Technical Specification (see ) Training The organization shall establish and maintain documented procedures for identifying training needs and achieving competence of all personnel performing activities affecting conformity to product requirements. Personnel performing specific assigned tasks shall be qualified, as required, with particular attention to the satisfaction of customer requirements. 5

6 CSR for Internal Auditor Qualification OEM Requirement FORD INTERNAL AUDIT Auditor professional qualification: TRAINING about: ISO/TS 16949:09 Core tools related (APQP; SPC; MSA; FMEA; PPAP) Automotive process approach Ford CRS application Auditing operational activity for 1 day (case study, simulation or witness auditing). Or Alternatively to the TRAINING above mentioned: Or must have made 5 internal audits ISO/TS 16949:09 in the previous 24 months under the supervision of an auditor trained in accordance with the above point. These audits should have covered all ISO/TS 16949:2009 requirements and all processes that have impact on Ford, at least once in five (or more Audits). GM Volkswagen Skilled on all Core Tools According to Formel Q- Capability/Software carrying out process self audits at least once a year. 6

10 PSA Focus Previously, PSA Peugeot Citroën requested the supplier project teams to be trained in "AQF (i.e."suppliers Quality Assurance") by an organism approved by PSA. Now, the training may be provided by a supplier AQF representative after PSA agreement When auditing paragraph 6.2 Human resources,the auditors can verify that the supplier project teams are trained either by an organism approved by PSA Peugeot Citroën or by a supplier AQF representive approved by PSA Peugeot Citroën. 10
