DESIGN BUILD The site located in the western Cleveland suburb of North Ridgeville, Ohio, is ideally situated minutes from the Ohio Turnpike, I-90, the port of Cleveland, and to the CSX rail yard and intermodal terminal. The facility is being designed and constructed by Tippmann Innovation, to handle multi-temperatures, along with patented capabilities for quick freezing, quick chilling and tempering. The 225,000 SF facility is designed for traditional storage needs, as well as quick turn distribution requirements.
