2 The Declaration of Compliance (DoC) course focused on materials for packaging, storage and processing of food used in the U.S. and the EU The content of the first 1.5 days training address the needs of professionals in the supply chain responsible for packaging development, quality assurance and risk assessment with respect to product safety on the US market. All components of packaging, i.e. plastics, coatings, adhesives and printing inks are considered.
