GENERAL PROVISIONS The general regulations for port and quay tariffs and the general terms and conditions of Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH (AGB) have to be noticed when using the services of Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH. The Gate Charge, incl. handling fee, amounts for each means of transport as follows: Truck general cargo, provision 67,50 Truck tank and liquid bulk 77,50 Truck dangerous goods 137,50 Truck - disposal 87,50 II. ISPS ACCESS FEES Terminal operators, stevedoring companies and other undertakings using port grounds on rental basis must pay ISPS fee for rented space as follows: ISPS fee for terminal operators: < 5,000 m² 0,30 / m² / month 5,000 20,000 m² 0,25 / m² / month 20,000 50,000 m² 0,20 / m² / month > 50,000 m² 0,15 / m² / month ISPS fee for access identity cards: For drawing up of access identity cards with photo and company access cards without photo for the ISPS port grounds following fees must be paid: a) for port resident companies and suppliers: per card and year, first issue 52,50 per card and year, prolongation 0,00 b) for projects (temporary access): per card and week, first issue 7,50 per card and week, prolongation 5,00 per card and month, first issue 77,50 per card and month, prolongation 65,00 per card and year, first issue 222,50 per card and month, prolongation 210,00 c) for crew members: per card and stay, first issue 27,50 per card and stay, prolongation 15,00 To ensure the necessary legal requirements for additional security measures in the port area called for by the introduction of the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code), Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH shall levy a gate charge. III. STORAGE FEES / STALL MONEY Covered or uncovered storage space for bulk and general cargo is provided from the 8th calendar day against a storage fee. The amount payable shall be set down in a separate agreement. Storage fee shall be paid as follows: for bulk goods, general cargo and container, per tonne and day or TEU unpaved open air storage area bulk goods 0,03 general cargo 0,05 container,00 monthly rent per m² 0,85 paved open air storage area bulk goods 0,0 general cargo 0,08 container 6,00 monthly rent per m² 1,0 dangerous goods covered storage area bulk goods 0,10 general cargo 0,18 container monthly rent per m² 2,5 For providing parking space for vehicles stall money must be paid: vehicles < 6 m 3 calendar days free, thereafter vehicles > 6m 3 calendar days free, thereafter vehicles on hazardous goods space 16,00 / day 26,00 / day 0,00 / day 2

4 IV. FERRY BRIDGE FEES VI. PERSONNEL PROVIDING For lifting and lowering ferry bridges/ro-ro ramps outside the contractual provisions, a fee must be paid in each case. Ferry bridge fees: each operation 110,00 V. FEES FOR CARGO HANDLING SERVICES For loading and unloading wheeled cargo units a fee must be paid. Fees for wheeled cargo units: a) Moving from/on board the vessel by port staff starting at the apron (vehicle is in running condition and can be steered): truck / bus / tractor car / camper 18,00 / unit 8,00 / unit b) Towing from/on board the vessel starting at the apron: truck / bus / tractor car / camper handling trailer / mafi-trailer placing and positioning mafi trailer (empty) 60,00 / unit 20,00 / unit 55,00 / unit 15,00 / unit The charge of work performed outside the services mentioned so far () will be accounted in accordance with the staff pay scale and the place of work. Staff pay scale: per worker and hour 7,50 The following surcharges shall apply to services of Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH which are charged per staff hour and must be performed outside normal working hours: Mondays to Fridays 25 % 11:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. Sundays and days before holidays, insofar as these fall 25 % on a workday 1:00 p.m. 12 midnight Sundays, all day 100 % on days before holidays, if these do not fall on a workday 100 % 1:00 p.m. 12 midnight on legal holidays or high feast 125 % days, all day If workers requested by the contractor not be employed for reasons which are not the fault of the sub-contractor, then the contractor shall be charged for the costs of the waiting time. The time to be calculated will be rounded up to the nearest half-hour. The minimum charge is for one-half hour (1/2 hr.). FEES FOR ELECTRICITY The following must be paid per kwh for the use of electricity: up to 32 Ampere (without power measurement) from 32 up to 125 Ampere (without power measurement) more than 125 Ampere (with power measurement) fee for setting up of electric connection up to 63 Ampere 0,27 0,29 upon request 61.50/per connection general cargo and other goods project cargo Landside handling 3,30 / t If handling on facilities of the Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH is performed by a client s own staff using the client s own equipment, then a fee for failure to make use of handling services is charged as follows: General cargo Bulk cargo Project cargo 1,50 / t 0,35 / t On request IX. FEES FOR WATER AND CONNECTIONS XI. FEES FOR FAILURE TO MAKE USE OF HANDLING SERVICES Seaside handling If handling on facilities of the Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH is performed by the ship's own staff using the ship's own equipment (selfloading / self-unloading) or done from vessel to vessel, then a fee for failure to make use of handling services is charged as follows: gravel, stone chippings, 0,95 / t mineral mixtures and similar building materials capable of being gripped sea gravel (suction dredger) 0,25 / m³ fertilizer 1,0 / t timber 1,25 / solid m³ sawn timber 1,60 / solid m³ grain, rapeseed 1,20 / t Late more than 12 hours after the end of the transhipment activities the berths and wharfages shall be handed over tidy and clean (see also Terms and Conditions Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH section 5). The, for the final cleaning, respective client has to be announced in the Notice of Arrival (Annex 2). Furthermore has shall be noted in the Notice of Departure (Annex 3) that the final cleaning is finished respectively commissioned. Does the client do not fulfil its obligations the Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH shall raise a fee up to 5,000.00, depending on type and degree of contamination. XII. FEES FOR USING THE RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE The railroad companies must pay appropriate fees for the use of the rail infrastructure of Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH. The type, amount and basis for calculation the fees are set down in the respectively effective version of the "Conditions for Using the Rail Infrastructure of Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH".
