COMPUTER INTEGRATED FACILITY Our 7,000-square-foot computer-integrated manufacturing facility is state-of-the-art. Utilizing a computerized ERP (enterprise resource planning) shop management system allows us to integrate all facets of the business including planning, manufacturing, inventory, sales and accounting. 3 CNC MACHINING RPM is a full service CNC machine shop producing parts for diverse applications, from microscopic X-ray machines to satellite communications systems. Our full line of CNC equipment allows us to produce your parts with minimal handling. That translates into speed and accuracy for our customers. Whether you require prototype development or full production manufacturing, our highly trained personnel are ready to begin your project. Our machines are control serviced to keep them functioning at peak performance and ready to produce parts utilizing their full range of capabilities. CAD-CAM SERVICES We provide technical services ranging from 3 D Modeling using AutoDesk software, importing your drawing files in most formats using MasterCam; to reverse engineering your parts on our coordinate measuring machine (CMM). We also have 4- and 5-axis programming capability, with full 3 D and 4 D surface machining.

4 COMMITMENT TO QUALITY Our Coordinate Measurement Machine and dedicated quality staff are the backbone of our Quality Control Department. Meticulous measurement and documentation generate a culture of quality and continuous progress toward our primary goal: zero defects. First-article inspection at the beginning of every operation, in-process inspection throughout every run and final inspection before shipping to the customer ensure that you receive quality parts to your specifications. Inspection reports can be made available to suit your company s requirements. We are progressing toward ISO 9000:2001. Documenting all the above and integrating it into our computerized ERP system facilitates quality and efficiency throughout our organization.
