3 1 Login to mydpd portal In your web browser open webpage In the right upper corner, you will see window Login mydpd There you will have to enter your mydpd username and password. After successful login Your personal mydpd portal will open with the modules activated for you. CIT mydpd manual (En) Page 3 / 15
4 2 Landing Page After logging in, the first page you will see, is going to be landing page. You can also open landing page by clicking on DPD logo. 3 Create shipment 3.1 Create new shipment order To create new order select Create shipment from portal landing page or Create order from top navigation menu. If you have any pending shipments, you will have to select New shipment on the bottom of the page. CIT mydpd manual (En) Page 4 / 15
5 In the following window you must fill following information: Sender information (fills automatically) Receiver info Shipment reference (optional) Select service Parcel information approximate weight (optional) and parcel references (optional) All the mandatory fields are marked with * Sender information will be filled automatically, proceed to receiver info. User can search for an unknown domestic zip code by filling Country + City/ Town and/or Street fields. Zipcode finder functionality supports only domestic work areas. Once user enters City/ Town and Street input fields system is suggesting matching Work Area results. Receiver saving options: Create New / Update existing. Receiver update is possible only if receiver is saved with a Reference No. value. CIT mydpd manual (En) Page 5 / 15
6 After receiver information is entered, select Service. When service is selected additional services will be visible. Services parameters shows information for selected additional services. For some additional services (like COD, Predict, etc.) exist product special fields which are mandatory to save the shipment. There are 4 Shipment references for entry. On parcel label only ShipmentReference1 is displayed. To add new parcels enter total parcel weight and count and press Add new. The system will automatically divide the weight and add parcels in the window below. When all the mandatory fields are filled press Save. After that, you will be moved to Pending shipments page to finalize order (print label, close and print manifest, create pickup order). Save and New shipment is saved and user stays in Create Order to create more shipments. After shipment is Saved (without printed label/ closed manifest) it can be edited. All saved shipments will be displayed in Pending shipment state until they are manifested and collected by DPD (Pickup order created for manifested shipments, or for customers with regular pickup order this step can be skipped and shipments will disappear from this list when they are scanned by courier) 3.2 Printing shipment labels After creating shipments, they will appear under Create Order in top navigation menu or you can access it by pressing Pending shipments in landing page. To print a label, select one or multiple shipments for which you want to print labels. Select the correct paper size and it is possible to choose start position for 1 st label if you need to do so. 7 Insert the corresponding label or blank paper into the printer beforehand. Press Print label. This action changes Print status to Printed and triggers PDF download. (Browser could block file download. Check browser settings and adjust permissions if needed). Close and print manifest Prints manifest for selected shipments with printed labels. Manifest can be closed only for shipments with the same pickup address. Create pickup order See chapter Shipment search Search criteria In this screen shipments created previously can be found. You can also reprint labels and manifests for each parcels that are displayed after using search. User can choose from various options to find shipments, such as: Pick-up date start, Pick up date end - To change date, click in the field and calendar will appear to choose the date from. By default the interval is set to the last week. Receiver Name User can enter name of shipment receiver, it can be entered with missing letters/numbers, also only 1 character can be used to list all the shipments with the character in it. Reiceiver Country User has a choice of all available countries. Only choosing Switzerland makes the next field: Receiver City usable. Receiver City drop down menu shows all the defined cities for the chosen country. Parcel range start and Parcel range end can be used to search by range. Scan type user can click on the field to enter scan code or use drop down menu to pick the code needed. Main Product - user can click on the field to enter main product name or part of it or use drop down menu to pick the product needed, same with Additional services field. Shipment Reference Number if there was reference number entered during shipment creation, it can be entered in this field CIT mydpd manual (En) Page 7 / 15
8 Possible options for these fields are from contract that the user has. For example, will show only main products from contract. To delete all the manually entered search criteria, user can use X Clean button. Afterwards mark the check boxes for the parcels to reprint and press either print label or print manifest. Send return label can be used to send return label to customer, it is only available for shipments with return service. CIT mydpd manual (En) Page 8 / 15
9 4 Create pickup order To create a pickup order, you have to either open Create Pickup order from start page or to open New pick-up order from navigation panel on top of the page. In the pickup order you have to enter: Pick up Address Pick up date Shipment Count Total Weight Cargo type You can also provide additional information to courier and enter parcel content. After that press Create order 5 Collection request Collection Request is used to: 1. Search and view status 2. Edit 3. Delete In order to create Collection request you have to select Collection request module from main page or alternatively you can select Collection request from navigational panel on top of the page, and then continue by pressing + create order button. 10 Collection request has these mandatory fields: Parcel count Total count of parcels Weight Total weight of collection request Pick up date Desired pickup date, by default it is closest date available. Customer address filled with legal address from Customer Definition Pickup Address filled with pickup address Recipient Address filled with receiver address Additionally, recipient can press button Set me to quickly fill your pickup address. If you have multiple pick-up addresses, you can choose between them. After filling mandatory fields and optionally other fields, press save to accept collection request. After creating collection request order, it can be edited until it is transferred to Dispatcher. Afterwards it can be only canceled. CIT mydpd manual (En) Page 10 / 15

13 Receiver registration To register new receiver press Receiver registration Following screen opens Mandatory fields for Receiver information: 1. Type Individual or Corporate a. Individual Name, Surname, Mobile Phone b. Corporate Company Name, Mobile phone Mandatory fields for Receiver address: 1. Country 2. Zip Code 3. City 4. Street After filling all mandatory fields, press Save. Defined receivers (address book) can be exported in a CSV file. CIT mydpd manual (En) Page 13 / 15
14 7 File Import 7.1 Address import pattern To create import pattern, select +add new in file import screen. Before uploading address data file, you must fill 3 mandatory fields: File type Select file type you will be uploading. If you are uploading.xls, then next two fields will be locked, as then they are unnecessary in that case. Encoding Please select the encoding your address file is. Delimeter Please select delimeters you are using to separate columns in your address file. After filling these fields, you can upload your address data file by selecting Open data file. After that s done, there should be data in File pattern table. To start mapping the pattern, you must select an option from dropdown list in Import Type field. After selecting option, your Fields table should be filled. To start creating pattern, you have to select Field name from Fields table and select relevant entry in File pattern table, after that press Add button. After linking all mandatory field names (field names in red color) to file pattern entries, enter the import profile name and press save pattern button to save address import pattern. 15 7.2 Address import with pattern To import address book from file using pattern, you have to select + import file in file import screen. On the window that opened, you must fill import type and import profile fields. To upload the address data file, you must select the page symbol that appeared next to import profile field when you filled it. CIT mydpd manual (En) Page 15 / 15
