4 4 Our History 1975 More lorries were procured in light of increased demand We attained the Zero-GST bonded warehouse. We added a 20 ton lorry crane to facilitate our operations We renewed our fleet of lorries for better efficiency and service level We began operations as a lorry operator was established and moved to its new warehouse at 2 Penjuru Lane. We began the container haulage department Our fleet of lorries, prime movers trucks and trailers grew

10 10 Container Haulage Our Assets Our assets include: 11 Prime Movers 90 Trailers 40 Platforms 40 Canvas Containers Our Drivers Our drivers have years of experience and are committed to serve our customers. All our drivers are hazmat trained, ready to respond to any emergency situations. Specialist Container Logistics Special Haulage Services: Dangerous Goods (DG) Trucking Out-of-Gauge Trucking Bonded Goods Trucking and Clearance Trucking to Sentosa, Jurong Island and Construction Sites

11 11 Local Transportation Lorry Transportation Our assets include: 20 ton lorry crane 14 and 24 lorries 20 lorry with canvas curtains LCL Clearance Our PSA clerks and drivers are experienced and well-versed in the clearance of cargo from Keppel Distripark (KD) and Changi Cargo Complex. Lorry Crane In addition to our open lorries, we operate a 20 ton lorry crane to assist in heavy lift or delivery to premises without the access of loading bays.

12 12 Warehousing and Storage Our Warehouse Our warehouse is located at our very own premise with 24/7 CCTV surveillance. This ensures the safety of your cargo under our care. Our team of warehouse workers is dedicated and skilled in performing all warehousing activities. 13 13 Project Logistics Unstuffing Site Survey We are able to arrange unstuffing and delivery of all kinds of cargo. For unfamiliar and space constrained sites, we conduct site surveys to ensure the feasibility and viability of delivery. Stuffing Lorry Crane With decades of experience, we can stuff any kind of cargoes with proper lashing and choking. Our 20 ton lorry crane is able to lift heavy cargo to assist stuffing and unstuffing operations or to deliver to project sites.

14 14 Some of Our Projects Yacht Generator Sets Pressure Tank Transporting a yacht requires proper risk assessment to prevent any damages to the cargo. A mobile crane was used to transfer the yacht from the Flat Rack to a low bed in the Port before sending it to the customer s premise. Two 22 ton generator sets were transported from the Port using a low bed. A site survey was conducted to ensure safe hoisting of the generator sets at the Port. The cargoes were sent by Unconventional Cargo (UC). A pressure tank was imported via a 40 container. We used our 20 ton lorry crane to unstuff the container and deliver it to the project site. Cargo was hoisted down by our crane at the project site.
