14 Leveraging 511NY Statewide Open Trip Planner for Planning 511NY has implemented the Open Source Open Trip Planner (OTP) to provide transit itinerary planning function. NYSDOT has a Transit Data Technical Support Contract to assist every transit agency in getting its data into GTFS format. GTFS Data Manager Tool supports using OTP for transit accessibility analysis and reporting tools
