8 On-Going Developments at JN Port Dredging of the Mumbai Harbour Channel at 13.1 meters chart datum has been completed in June Construction of 330 meter container berth adjacent to NSICT is completed. It is likely to be commissioned shortly with capacity addition of 0.8 million TEUs. Port of Singapore has been awarded the bid to construct the 4th Container Terminal at JN Port. It will be constructed in two phases which will add capacity of 4 million TEUs. A Dedicated Freight Corridor between Delhi and Mumbai is under implementation. It is expected to complete by /8 laning of road connection between NH4B & SH54 is under construction.
