34 Transit Agencies DTC Cluster Buses Metro Rail Airport Express Line Metro Suburban Rail Transit Agencies DTC, a statutory corporation of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), operates bus services in and around Delhi. The cluster buses are operated by several private agencies under their contract with GNCTD. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), a statutory corporation of Government of India (GOI) and Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), operates metro rail services in and around Delhi. DMRC operates Airport Express Line metro rail services connecting New Delhi railway station to Delhi Airport and runs till Dwarka Sector-21. Suburban Rail services are operated by Indian Railways (through Northern Railway)
