2 SeaPoint Industrial Terminal Complex consists of ±365 usable acres of land located in Chatham County, GA. The property is a fully entitled location approved for Industrial Land Use including: Manufacturing, Assembly, Warehousing, Distribution, R&D Complex, and Intermodal Inland Port or Logistics Center. This additional depth, combined with a 7-foot tide, will result in transportation cost savings by allowing larger Post-Panamax vessels to operate more efficiently and experience fewer delays.
