6 2016 TOOL PRESETTER PRICING GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE ORDER PLACEMENT customer s own risk. Orders for same day shipment must be received by 2pm EST. PRICING Prices are derived from KOMA Precision, Inc. s printed price list. Pricing for non-standard or special products are available upon request. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. KOMA Precision, Inc. will provide a formal written quotation on any product upon request. Validity of quotations is 30 days maximum. TAXES All taxes are extra if applicable. KOMA Precision, Inc. must have proof of exemption on hand before shipment can be made. TERMS OF PAYMENT Upon established credit, terms are 30 days from date of invoice without further discount. Special orders will require a 20% deposit with the - bal ance due 30 days after invoice. Unpaid accounts will result in interrupted shipments of outstanding orders. In addition, interest shall accrue on overdue balances at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. All payments are due in U.S. funds. KOMA Precision, Inc. must agree to special terms in writing prior to placement of order. SHIPPING KOMA Precision, Inc. shipping terms are FOB East Windsor, CT. Additional airfreight charges from factories to KOMA Precision, Inc. to expedite outstanding orders will be the responsibility of the customer and will need to be listed on the purchase order. SHORTAGES All shortages must be reported in writing via fax or mail within 10 days from date of shipment. Subsequent claims will not be considered. RETURNS Goods will not be accepted for return unless an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization) has been issued by the KOMA Precision, Inc. main Precision, Inc. Credit amount issued will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Items returned prior to 30 days from shipment are eligible for credit/refund. All returned items after 30 days are eligible for credit only. SPECIALS for item or items ordered. Approval drawings must be signed by the customer prior to production. Delays in the return of the signed drawings work in process and engineering. Specials are not returnable for credit or refund. WARRANTIES All product lines sold by KOMA Precision, Inc. carry a manufacturers guarantee of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers parts and labor due to defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any products that have been subject to misuse, neglect or accident. Products repaired or serviced by KOMA Precision, Inc. will carry a 90 day warranty. Additional or extended warranty is available upon request for an additional fee.
