Charge for storage of arrived other cargo to port shall not be applied: 1) For storage of other cargo: Within first 10 calendar days of storage of cement in big-bags at open storage areas; Within first 45 calendar days for storage of the other cargo on open areas; 2) For storage of the metal: Within first 20 calendar days in case of storage in covered warehouse; Within first 90 calendar days in the case of storage in the case of storage at open area; 3) For grain storage in big-bags: Within first 30 calendar days for grain storage in big-bags at open storage areas; 4) Storage of containers arrived to port is free: Within first 20 calendar days from the moment of arrival. 2. Payment for storage of cargo arrived to port is charged: For storage of arrived at the port of trucks and cars, vehicles after 24 hours from the moment of receipt intend arrival to the ferry warehouse. For storage of arrived at the port of perishable goods (flour and other food products), as well as oversized and heavy cargo (more than 10 tons, or more than 18m3) as from the first day of storage at rates "other cargo". Payment for the storage of other goods indoors from the first day of placement of the goods at the warehouse. Payment for the storage of goods in temporary storage from the first day of placement of goods at the temporary storage warehouse. Payment for the storage of containers - refrigerated fee is charged from the moment of connection to the electricity. 3. The rates of payment for container storage are differentiated into two categories: Up to 20 feet container, inclusive; 40 feet container and more. 4. When calculating the fee for storage of goods incomplete day is considered as complete. 5. The fee for storage of goods (imports) will be charged after the end of the full discharge of all the cargo from the ship.

Payments for port towing services and using other floating devices (NMC-205A and SLV Bulak), the time in bills is rounded: - Less than 30 minutes is taken for 0.5 hours; - From 30 to 45 minutes is taken for 0.75 hours; - From 45 to 60 minutes is taken for 1 hour; The coefficient 0.5 to established payment for services of port towage is applied in following cases: 1) While servicing vessels less than 2000 GRT; 2) When providing port towing services which are not related to mooring operations; 3) In the absence of second tug for technical reasons. When calculating the cost of port towage service for mooring operations of vessels exceeding GRT, maximum time of one of the tugs is taken during operation.
