4 2.3) Additional Charges Agency fee charged at 10% of the total disbursement with a of USD per consignment per exhibitor. Charged inbound and outbound. Split delivery fee for consolidated shipments charged at USD per exhibitor, per delivery. Customs ATA Carnet Intervention/processing Fee charged at USD per exhibitor /document per shipment (if applicable) per each way inbound and outbound respectively. Prime Customs Bill of Entry (First Line) USD per entry. Thereafter per each additional line USD 5.00 per line per classification. Charged per each way inbound and outbound. Conversion fees from temporary to permanent charged per prime Customs bill of entry (first line) USD per entry. Thereafter per each additional line USD 5.00 per line per classification. Removal of handling of sold exhibits and cargo to the warehouse for completion of permanent import conversation process will be charged at USD per CBM with a Minimum 2 CBM charge per shipment per exhibitor. Cancellation of (TIB) bond fees charged at USD per shipment per bill of entry, applicable on all Temporary Import shipments during re-exportation. Empties Storage Handling and Storage of Empty Cases charged at USD per CBM per shipment per exhibitor with a Minimum 2 CBM charge per shipment per exhibitor. Storage Airport storage fees charged at cost + 15% outlay fee. Intermediate storage charges applicable on shipments arriving early will be charged at USD per CBM per week with a minimum charge of USD per shipment, per week. Late arrival surcharge at 65% of the basic handling charges (if applicable). Overtime and weekend working will be subject to a 50% and 100 % surcharge respectively and will be charged additionally. Document courier Fee charged at USD per courier pouch. Value Added Tax (VAT) at 14% is included on all handling charges. For shipments that need special permits from any Ministry or Governmental authorities all costs will be billed additionally and quoted on a case to case basis. Application of import license fee charged at USD per application per exhibitor. Heavy-lift surcharge applicable on any piece over 2000 kilograms per unit or for units in excess of 200x150x150cms will be charged as follows: - Weight per package Heavy-Lift Charge From 2,001 to 4,000 kg US$ Additional charge per 1,000 kg or part thereof From 4,001 to 6,000 kg US$ Additional charge per 1,000 kg or part thereof From 6,001 to 8,000 kg US$ Additional charge per 1,000 kg or part thereof 8,001 kg and above To be quoted separately Page 3

5 2.4) Miscellaneous Remarks All other rates quoted herein exclude: - Cargo & Transport Insurance. Airline/Airport/Seaport storage or demurrage charges if applicable will be additional on early arrival shipments (Irrespective of the cargo arrival deadlines mentioned in the shipping guidelines). Any handling fees imposed by any Air/Sea line consolidators will be billed additional at cost, if applicable. Trailer detention, intermediate storage, exchange B/L fees if applicable if delivery orders are to be collected from any third party agents/consolidators, Hire of equipment, overtime surcharge, Holiday surcharge or any other special handling, which if applicable will be additional. Return/Export Freight charges for any mode of shipping. Any Customs Duty and Taxes or Customs VAT on any shipments. Any transhipment fees on LCL consignments, such as POD, PSS, BAF, port or handling fees, etc. For LCL Cargo, break-bulk agents or deconsolidation charges will be additional and charged as cost. Storage and handling of empty cases is subject to availability of free storage space on site. Any charges levied by the venue towards the space required, which will be additional. Storage of containers during the exhibition. Transport, storage and handling charges of empty cases /containers off site. Return of empty container back to port. Accessible storage if required will also be quoted on request. Split delivery of freight into different halls locations, where additional handling is required. Unforeseen charges, such as loading/unloading, packing/unpacking at sea/airport for customs inspection. Packing/unpacking, stand dressing, assembly or dismantling of any display items/panels or machinery or decoration of any kind. If these special services are required, charges can be quoted on request on a case to case basis. Removal of Debris or Fumigation services for new wooden crates will be additional. Hire of Crane for grounding and Lifting of Containers. Hire of any equipment of labour for assistance with the erection or dismantling of the stand. able for Open Top container (OT) will be quoted upon request. Cargo/Exhibits subject to approval from any Government department or Ministry for importation licenses shall be additional and subject to approval. Charges towards which will be additional. Provision of Hire of Equipment Fork Lift, Crane, Pallet Truck, etc.. Provision of Packing materials and manpower for additional assistance on the Stand. Any additional charges outlaid by us on your behalf such as Customs duty, VAT, Taxes, port storage, terminal handling, detention, customs penalties, fines, etc will be subject to a 15% advancement fee. Application of any import license, legalization charges or any fines/charges applicable due to incorrect documentation will be charged at actual. Any charges incurred due to circumstances beyond our control and/or levied by any authorities will be charged additionally at actual. For additional services not listed above, individual quotations will be provided basis your requirements. The tariff is based on working hours: Monday to Friday. Any work done outside these hours will be subject to an overtime surcharge of 50 %. Weekend work and work done on public holidays will automatically attract a 100% surcharge.
