EEA. of The matter was consider in the 56 th meeting of Expert Committee held on 11 th March, 2015 and the following decision had been made: In respect of 642 items which are proposed to be imported for supply to various customers and will not be re-exported, it is observed that Chartered Engineer Certificate(CEC) from the exporting country has not been provided. The applicant has been asked to obtain the CEC before the application is considered. N/A Now the applicant has been submitted the CEC and requested to the Ministry for issue NOC for import of 642 nos. of EEAs M/s Philips India Ltd., Gurgaon 207/2014-HSMD) Two : (i) Import of 2 nos. of used medical equipments(mr and ixr) from Netherlands for re use purpose & Chartered Engineer Certificate from exporting country Acknowledgement from the concerned SPCB Certificate from exporting company for accept the reexport of defective EEAs after their use or once such items achieve end of life.
