1 SUPPORT NUMBER: Before going to the store you MUST print the order form. When you arrive at the store: WALMART PIRANHA SUNGLASSES Sign into the vendor log book. Introduce yourself to the Jewelry department manager and explain the project if needed. 2 If found, remove and discard the Dual Aviator displays and prepare the product for return. Remove any Dual Aviator (2-pack + case and cleaning cloth) if found on any displays and prepare for return. Displays contains 2-packs of aviators (+ case and cleaning cloth) 3 Locate ALL Piranha (also known as Navajo) Sunglass displays. There may be multiple displays in multiple departments. Work with the jewelry department or other manager to determine all locations. Examples of displays. See reference guide attached to this document. Be sure to walk the ENTIRE STORE to locate ALL displays. Displays can be in any department. It s vital that you are reporting the correct display types for each store. This information will be utilize to compile data for upcoming service. A common error made is confusing the new CFS display with the Quad display. Please use the included display guide for reference. Please do not report the display as damaged if you have any missing/damaged display parts included on the order form. Place an order for what is needed on the order form.

2 4 Ensure 2 wheels are locked on each display. There are two wheels on each display that has a latch that needs to be pushed down in order to lock the wheels. Unlocking the wheels to move the display to another location will require you to push that same latch up. 5 Ensure all displays are fully stocked with sunglasses and accessories using back stock and any found shipments. Back stock and shipments are usually kept in the storage compartments on the displays, on top of the display or in the jewelry department. Work with the jewelry department manager to locate. If any competitors glasses are found on the Piranha display(s), be sure to remove them and place on the correct display or provide to the manager. Helpful Tip: Piranha glasses have the tags attached to the left arm. All other brands attach to the center nose piece. Examples of replenishment shipments: 6 Organize the sunglasses and accessories so they are arranged by category and style. If located damaged items are not able to be prepared please work with the store to discard. Use the tags to determine the category. Both new and old tags are authorized to be in the store. New Tag Example Old Tag Example 7 Use the cleaning supplies at the store to wipe down all Piranha Sunglasses (lenses and arms). Cleaning supplies are usually kept in the storage compartments on the displays or in the jewelry department. Dirty glasses do not sell DO NOT use glass cleaner on glasses

Cleaning supplies are usually kept in the storage compartments on the displays or in the jewelry department. Use glass cleaner on the mirrors if needed. The jewelry department should have glass cleaner available. DO NOT use glass cleaner on glasses 9 Audit the store for any reset kits or displays that need to be installed. THE RESET DOES NOT NEED TO BE COMPLETED DURING THIS VISIT. An additional visit may be dispatched to complete the reset. How to determine if a shipment is a reset kit: A Locate all shipments B PICTURE REQUIRED IF FOUND Open the shipment(s) and check for a reset bag with reset instructions Reset bag contains: Reset instructions Planogram Cleaning Cloth White Cotton Gloves Nose Hooks/Accessory Hooks Sleeves Return Label Headers 10 Determine which products, accessories, and display parts need to be ordered and record on the Order Form (printed before going to the store). ENTER QUANITIES BY PIECES (If 5 pairs of Sport sunglasses are needed, enter 5 for the quantity. Nose Hooks hold 3 pairs of glasses.) If there are more than 15 pairs of glasses needed, an order can be placed. Order GLASSES in quantities of 5. Parts, labels, and accessories can be ordered anytime with no minimum order.
