Bolted Side Door The ability to supply a complete turnkey system also ensures that Gericke are able to manage the interfaces between the sifter and other parts of the process which is an important factor in ensuring a successful installation. Gericke Mk III Centrifugal Sifters The Centrifugal Sifter is designed to separate particles of different sizes into two product streams, or alternatively to remove tramp material. The rotation of the paddles moves the product along the sieve and makes centrifugal sifters the most efficient equipment for high efficiency and high capacity product screening and classification. They offer an economic solution for securing food safety, particle size control and gentle deagglomeration. Hinged Door The Gericke Mk III centrifugal sifter range provides three modules: Cantilevered Design The Baseline model provides a cost effective solution for general applications. The Multipurpose unit includes additional features such as hinged doors to improve access for cleaning and maintenance. The Hypergienic model is designed to meet the most stringent of requirements for cleaning and hygiene and incorporates a cantilevered shaft assembly with bearings at the drive end, hinged interlocked doors, quick release fully welded paddle assembly and integral discharge hoppers. Trials can also include many other processes including sack tipping, FIBC discharging, sieving, size reduction, feeding, continuous mixing and batch mixing, lean phase conveying (positive and negative), dense phase conveying.
