13 Company Background Plastic Centre Incorporated as private limited company in Owns the integrated factory cum office with a built-up area of approx 214,164 sq. ft. located on a 10-acre freehold land in Klang, Malaysia Manufactures plastic packaging bottles and containers (high density polymer containers ranging from 15ml to 25 litres) Caters for the packaging requirement of 5 industries, namely: 1. Toiletries 2. Personal care 3. Edible oil 4. Lubricants 5. Chemicals

15 Manufacturing Capabilities 1. Blow Molding Section Max capacity: 11 million bottles per month Current capacity: 9.5 million bottles per month Material consumption: approx. 700 tons per month 33 units of blow-molding machines able to produce bottles ranging from 15ml up to 25lt.

19 Value Added Services Other Facilities & Services Leak testing & Top Loading devices (Inclusive of capping, bottle specification ( measures calibration, drop test, fill volume & other preventive Hot-stamping & ink-jet coding services Minor mould and machine maintenance can be done in-house in a specially segregated area with complete set of tooling and calibration equipments in a full fire proof mould and tool room for storage of moulds Technical assistance for bottle and cap design is available Fully qualified quality assurance and control team supported by an equally strong technical team with SPC (Statistical Process Control) training and is a qualified supplier to Johnson & Johnson Malaysia under the SQM program. Sourcing of other packaging materials and bottle types not produced in-house such as PET, carton boxes, labels, shrink labels, caps, PE/Induction seals, Jars, etc...
