Manufacturing and supply experience in preceding 2 years of same/similar item to some reputed traction or other alternator manufacturers or Indian Railway is mandatory. Proof of successful supply shall be provided. List of plant and machinery to be submitted as per format no. Document no. M&P/001 Rev00 Supplier to furnish QAP that shall be followed during manufacturing as per format "document no QAP/001" enclosed which has to be approved by BHEL before start of manufacturing. Approval of QAP by BHEL shall be responsibility of vendor. No extension on delivery shall be entertained on this account. Availability of Testing facilities required to conduct all the tests as per above specifications/drawing is desirable with the firm, preferably in-house. List of testing facilities to be submitted. All testing facilities have to be duly calibrated. List of outsourced facilities (if used) may be submitted. Outsourced labs/firms should necessarily be NABL accredited. Un-price PO copies. Drawing / photograph of similar component c. Supply proof (challan, invoice etc.) List of M&P as per Format "Document no. M&P/001" QAP as per Format "Document no. QAP/001" List of Testing facilities required.

Successful tenderer to get their first lot approved by BHEL before start of bulk supply in case of PO placement. Source and details required. Not required 8. Financial standing through latest Income Tax I.T.C.C, Annual report Clearance Certificate (I.T.C.C.), Annual report (balance sheet and Profit& loss Account) of last 3 years of (balance sheet and profit & loss account) for last 3 years Note: Only Clause no. 1 is applicable to vendors who are already registered in BHEL for this item, and all the clauses are applicable for other vendors. (*): Slip Ring for alternator for traction or other application shall be considered as similar item. Compliance of above Technical PQR is mandatory. In absence of compliance of above vendor offer is liable to be rejected. Vendor to ensure that first lot to be sent to BHEL with sufficient time margin such that PO delivery schedule is not affected. Dimensional check/ material properties for approval of first lot may take approx. 2 weeks at BHEL.
