The 20,000 m2 production area of TTS Company employs more than 250 qualified experts. The plant s products are delivered to Western European and Scandinavian countries. TTS company holds the international quality control standard ISO 9001, welding process quality standard ISO and steel structure production standard EN Together with LATVIJAS TILTI Company, which is also a member of LNK INDUSTRIES, TTS Company has vast experience in the construction and installation of bridge, mooring and steel structures. 5 Areas of activity Turnkey terminals Mechanisation of the mining and metallurgy industries The turnkey terminal building encompasses a full cycle of works: from designing and equipping the site with technical conveyor systems of our own production to site commissioning and its future maintenance. The portfolio of completed orders includes such large projects as Ventspils coal terminal (Baltic Coal Terminal), Riga Terminal for transshipment of mineral fertilisers Alpha Osta, passenger and cargo terminals of the port of Klaipeda. Recent large-scale projects include a terminal for transshipment and short-term storage of mineral fertilisers Riga Fertilizer Terminal, a terminal for transshipment of bulk cargo (including grain cargo) Riga Bulk Terminal and a terminal for transshipment of grain and other agro-industrial cargo Klasco (Voleri, Latvia). TTS Company designs, manufactures and installs all types of conveyor equipment for bulk cargo. The company uses parts and components of the best Western manufacturers: SEW, Rulmeca, Metso, Sandvik, Bosch-Rexroth, Festo and others. Millions of tonnes of bulk materials are transported annually by the conveyors manufactured by TTS Company.

6 Warehousing mechanisation Domestic and industrial waste recycling lines TTS Company develops process lines for transshipment of container cargo: Stackers and reclaimers, systems for bulk cargo filling into big bags and containers, specialised conveying facilities for elevators and grain terminals. From simple conveyors for biofuel transportation to high-end automated facilities that sort wastes of the entire metropolis on an industrial scale. The proposed solutions include technological systems for the treatment of domestic, industrial and agricultural waste and waste of livestock and poultry farms.

7 Bridge and construction steel structures Non-standard equipment for the woodworking industry TTS Company workshop for the manufacturing of bridge and construction structures is equipped with modern welding equipment and 30-tonne cranes. The convenient geographical location of the plant allows us to perform delivery of a completed order anywhere in the world in the shortest possible time. The LNK Industries group of companies also includes LATVIJAS TILTI branch, which has substantial experience of construction and installation works related to bridge, mooring and other steel structures. The equipment manufactured by TTS Company allows improving the efficiency of the client s primary and advanced wood processing works.
