FROM COLLECTED EXHIBITION STAND AT THE SHOW SITE TO DELIVERED RIYADH DRY SEAPORT Outbound handling charges Minimum per LCL Shipment USD per cubic meter (CBM) 20 DC (20 CBM), 40 DC (40 CBM), 40 HC (45 CBM) The above rates include: - Collection of packed goods from the stand, including handling and loading onto vehicle/ container. Transportation from/to seaport including port handling Export documentation and Customs clearance Export Bill of Lading fees USD per waybill Return or collection of empty containers charged at USD per container per move. Crane charges for grounding and lifting of containers on site For 20 / 40 Loaded Container USD per container, per lift. For 20 / 40 Empty Container USD per container, per lift. Ocean freight rates to required destination, available upon request. RIYADH AIRPORT Outbound handling charges USD 1.95 per chargeable kg USD per exhibitor per waybill The above rates include: - Return of empty cases on the last day of the show. Collection of packed goods from the stand Handling and loading onto vehicle on site Transportation from to Riyadh airport Export documentation and Customs clearance Export Air waybill fees USD per waybill Air freight rates to required destination, available upon request. 5 4) Tariff - Courier Shipments (up to 50 kgs per shipment) ALL CHARGES IN US$ FROM RECEIPT AT SHOW SITE EXHIBITION HALL/SHOW SITE TO DELIVERED STAND Handling Charges (if arrived at Exhibition Hall) USD 1.75 per chargeable kg plus Customs Duty (If applicable) USD Clearance charges if arrived at Airport As per Air Freight Tariff USD per exhibitor, per consignment, per waybill Chargeable weight / volume 1:6 or as declared on the waybill. 5) Tariff Rental of Forklifts and Manpower ALL CHARGES IN US$ Rental of Forklift This service is available for the set-up of exhibits if required. The scope of work includes only working on the stand for the assembly /dismantling of exhibits and cannot be utilized for loading or offloading of exhibits / freight at the marshalling yard. Forklift of up to 2000 Kgs lifting capacity Minimum charge per order USD per hour 4 hours Hire of Manpower This service is available, if an exhibitor likes to hire additional labour for assistance on the stand. The scope of work includes only working on the stand to assist the exhibitor with stand dressing and set up of the booth only and cannot be utilized for loading or offloading of boxes / freight at the marshalling yard. 7 7) Additional Charges ALL CHARGES IN US$ Heavy-lift surcharge for over 2000 kilograms per unit or for units in excess of 200 x 200 x 150cm is charged at Tariff plus 50% on the handling charges. Shipments that require any Ministry/Government approval will be subject to a Minimum application fee of USD per shipment or as per outlay plus 20%. Customs Duty charges calculated at 5% to 22 % of the CIF value of the goods as assessed by Saudi Customs, in addition to which there will be 20 % outlay fee. Customs Duty refund fee charged at USD per refund claim, per bill of entry (If applicable). Late arrival Surcharge at 50% of the basic handling. Shipments arriving after the 1st day of the official build up will incur additional 100 % late arrival surcharge on the basic handling, (If Applicable). In such cases we cannot guarantee delivery before the opening of the exhibition. Shipments delayed in export either by air, sea or road mode of transportation by more than 15 days from the close of the show, will be subject to a storage fee of USD per cubic meter (CBM) per month with a minimum charge of USD per exhibitor per shipment. in addition Document Couriers (for original BL, etc.) USD for up to 0.5 kg, per shipment (if applicable). Secure Handling and Storage of Empty Cases as well as Accessible storage if required will also be quoted on request. Any additional charges outlaid by us on your behalf such as Customs Duty, Taxes, port storage, demurrage, detention, Customs penalties, fines, etc will be subject to a 20% advancement fee Securing additional documentation and permissions such as, permissions from National Security Committee, letter/approval from any Ministry (Industry/Information/Rulers office, etc.). These services will be charged additional and quoted upon request. 8) Miscellaneous Remarks All other rates quoted herein exclude: - Airline/Airport/Seaport storage or demurrage charges if applicable will be additional on early arrival shipments (irrespective of the cargo arrival deadlines mentioned in the shipping guidelines). Any third party charges incurred, beyond our control. Our tariff is based on work hours (with one hour lunch break) as defines as: Sunday to Thursday 0800 hrs to 1800 hrs. In the event of overtime, Overtime surcharge will apply. Return/Export Freight charges for any mode of shipping. Trailer detention fees at the border due to lack of correct documents. Any transhipment fees on LCL consignments, such as POD, PSS, BAF, port or handling fees, etc. Storage and handling of empty cases are subject to availability of free storage space on-site. Additional charges may apply for off-site storage or charges levied by the venue towards the space required on-site. Split delivery of freight into different stands/halls locations, where additional handling is required will be charged at USD per exhibitor. Quite often the customs authorities may delay the clearance subject to changes required in documentation/misunderstanding of descriptions provided in the shipping documents. Should such a scenario occur during the clearance of your goods, this will delay the process and at times it takes over a month to get resolved. However in such cases the delay in the clearance can be avoided by paying a fine to the authorities to speed up the clearance process. The fine is assessed by the official and as such is beyond our control. This we will advise on a case to case basis where applicable. Note such fines are paid upon your confirmation and is against NO Official Receipts. Unforeseen charges, such as loading/unloading, packing/unpacking at sea/airport for Customs inspection. Provision of hire of equipment and manpower fork lift, crane, pallet truck, packing materials, labour etc. For additional services not listed above, individual quotations will be provided based on your requirement.
