2 Overview We manufacture MV Switchgear as well as LV Switchgear, MV Switchgear production capacity currently prepared for 5000 units per year. Optimize The Electricity Certified with ISO 9001 process, located in Industrial centre Cikarang area, the size of assembly area are 5,000 sqm ( can be extended as necessary) with load up capacity of 600 free standing size ( 800 x 800 ) cabinet in one time production line, become the biggest LV switchgear capacity in Indonesia. We inhouse manufacture almost every part needed to make the product, by this we can confirm the quality level and perform standard 2 years warranty, this initiative calculated more value in local contents. The facilities has been provided with Ready skilled resourced and metal sheet work machineries facilities to cover all customer need of switchgear order volume up to 5,000 units Free standing enclosure per year. Manufacture Facilities The line of metal work, of ASAHI ESDA switchgear, using state of the art technology machinery to form up the production, the process of metal sheet work use the laser cutting and computerized Dyies machine, the process will make more efficient and increase productivity beyond standard process unlikely. The making of frame support, Hings will be produced in house and properly own designed in order to manage delivery time more faster and quality managable. The line of Assembly, of ASAHI ESDA switchgear, follow process management and applying KEIZEN conveying the process step by step until finish product. the process will intended to manage delivery time as per customer lead time delivery orientation. Incase need of faster delivery, the customer will have less one month finish Product ready to deliver. The making of Gasket, with Hings will be produced in house and properly own designed in order to manage delivery time more faster.

The making of ASAHI ESDA frame use computer based Bend machines, own designed with strenght mechanical testing, the type of frame are double U frame. 4 Product Design 3 D Computer Based design for mechanical and Electrical testing ASAHI ESDA, develop the product using user interface software and computer based calculation tools as preliminary engineering set up to ensure mechanical strenght test and electrical test simulated and passed before coming to production, this method partially test for finish product in respective laboratory to have firm safety calculation, custom oriented design, quality check and control but those all meet with technical requirement. The process as intended to deliver customer on time action response and support for fast track project lead time delivery ASAHI ESDA designed based on type test design with customer adaptive need, to make customized engineering and customer premises orientation but keep follow safety design standard The design meet with IEC design standard as reference, enhanced to IEC standard. ASAHI ESDA Switchgear The ASAHI ESDA switchgear, for LV side which is designed in conformed arrangement and configuration in order to suit any specific application, from non form up to form 4 B, tinted copper busbar are provided for the phases and Neutral*, suited to the transformer secondary voltage and current ratings, up to 6300 A. a ground bus liked to the neutral bus is also provided up to equal with phase busbar size (meet up 100% Ground busbar design) The product casing designed for indoor and outdoor application, within normal or extra tropics weather condition, adapt to local environment. The Index protection will be up to IP 65. The ASAHI ESDA product can be equipped with built in RTU to suppport SCADA system capability as per function design purpose, like power management system, Load shadding application or Generator control.
