(4) Terms and Conditions: Annexure-2. (5) The quotation format is attached as per Annexure-3. Kindly send your quotation as per prescribed format only (6) Sealed tenders superscribing on top left hand cover "TENDER FOR ALPHANSO MANGO PULP should be clearly mentioned. Without this it is liable to rejection. It should reach to The General Manager, Mother Dairy, Near Indira bridge, Vill: Bhat, Dist: Gandhinagar Gujarat by office hours of 30/07/2012. (7) A vendor registration form( available on need to be filled & send along with offer with necessary supporting documents. Title: Product Specifications for Alphonso Mango Pulp GENERAL 1 Alphanso Mango Pulp shall be prepared by making a pulp of fresh, clean and ripe mangoes picked at the proper stage of maturity. The mangoes used shall be free from damage caused by insects, diseases, etc. 2 It shall be free from dirt, insect, iron filing, rodent,other animal contamination, filth, metal fillings, and other foreign matter such as peel and fibrous tissue.. 3 It should be sweet in taste free from any fermented/objectionable odor or taste and artificial coloring matter and flavoring. 4 The pulp when packed in natural form shall container minimum 95 percent mango pulp. 5 Mango pulp shall score not less than 85 points. It shall possess a good body, uniform color, good consistency, normal characteristic taste and flavors and practically free from defect. 6 The container shall be well filled with the product shall occupy not less than 90.0% of the net weight of the container, when packed in the rigid container 7 It should be received with Certificate of Analysis 8 It should be passed through metal detector & must be free from any detectable metal parts. It should be marked with Name and address of manufacture/marketed by (if any),weight(gross/net),ingredient, expiry/best before Period, month & Year of mfg,, storage condition (if any),nutritional Information, lot/batch/code number, any information required under PFA, Weight and measures act 2 Pack size should be 3.1 kgs Tin 1 Material should not be in unsealed, damaged or wet condition or with any foreign matter present. 2 Carrier vehicle should be free from dust, dirt, any foreign matter as cement, cow dung etc and any objectionable smell. 3 All material in the carrier vehicle should be placed on a clean tarpaulin and also covered properly from top with a tarpaulin. D. STORAGE CONDITIONS Stored in a cool and dry dark place away from sunlight. The product shall also conform to any other requirements under the Food safety and standards act, (Rules and Regulation 2011).

4 4 ANNEXURE 2 Terms and Conditions We invite your most competitive offer including the earliest possible delivery period for the supply of items as per detailed specifications mentioned in Enquiry. Your offer should be based on following considerations: 1 The offer should reach:-mother Dairy (A Unit Of G.C.M.M.F. Ltd.) Plot No-35,Nr. Indira Bridge,Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Highway. Village Bhat, Dist - Gandhinagar. Pin The offer should be submitted in sealed cover superscripting on the top left hand corner offer for Al mango pulp. If it is not superscripted it can be liable for rejection. 4. Offer received after due date for whatsoever reason may be rejected. We will not be responsible for postal delays. 5. Non indication of above levies will mean that prices are inclusive of all taxes and above levies. Offer should cover warranty of at least one year against any manufacturing defects. 8. Realistic and earliest delivery period should be indicated in offer. 9. It will not be binding on us to accept the lowest offer. 10. Right to accept/reject any/all offers without assigning reason is reserved by us. 11. offers which are incomplete or not meeting the conditions or only for part items are liable for rejection. 12. Payment terms with 30 days credit will only be accepted. If the payment term is document through bank, all banking charges shall be borne by the suppliers. 13. Material will be procured in staggered delivery as per our schedule. 14.
