5 SYSTEM PERFORMANCE MARNE LA VALLEE TMT HEADQUARTER WAREHOUSE APPLICATION SERVER FTP SERVER FIREWALL INTERNET INTERNET CUSTOMER WIFI connected barcode reader scans the attached barcode at the cargo entry and exit. The barcode reader is immediately connected to the application server in Marne La Vallée. The operator visualizes and verifies directly and in real time if the data in the barcode matches with the ones previously received by EDI file and automatically stored in the application server, hosted in the TMT FTP secured server. Once the operation is achieved, the system is automatically updated. The client can retrieve the files and trace the movements.

6 To enable scanning upon arrival, the relative codes per article are needed. Barcodes are generated by the clients and transferred by EDI file In case of grouping, barcodes are generated by TMT

7 Scannings upon arrival into our WMS system Based on the data provided in the XML file (Advanced Shipment notice), we will be able to visualize the scheduled arrivals. From this moment on cargo is listed as to be expected in the system. Once our cargo has arrived and is acquired by our WMS (quality quantity controls and location has been assigned) the stock is brought up to date and updates are transferred per XML file (GOOD RECEIPT).

8 Outgoing moves ex-warehouse This entry allows the visualization of outgoing moves which are transmitted in XML form (DELIVERY INSTRUCTION). From this moment on the goods are in a confirmed position, practically meaning in the folder P.O. s to be prepared. The system launches automatically an instruction to prepare a specific lots with all references required. Once the outgoing move is affected, the stock is updated with an XML file transaction (BUSINESS ACKNOWLEDGMENT).

9 WMS allows stock-consulting in a general way or detailed per pallet Stock-situation will again be transmitted per XML (INVENTORY STATUS)
