The Savings at Work program enables eligible, active U.S. Corporate Card clients to earn rebates and receive discounts from leading suppliers in areas like lodging, shipping, and more. Savings are automatic when you use the Card with program partners. In most cases, these savings are combinable with marketplace offers. Are there any program fees associated with the Savings at Work program? No, the Savings at Work program is a built-in benefit of the Corporate Card program. What is the enrollment criteria for the client? Clients are auto enrolled in the Savings at Work Program. Please refer to partner Terms & Conditions for specific partner level enrollment requirements. What are Savings at Work rebates and discounts and how are they paid? They are company-level savings earned through eligible purchases with Savings at Work partners throughout the year. The Savings at Work rebate is paid directly to Corporate Card clients once each year in the form of a check within 8-10 weeks after year-end. Discounts are applied automatically to each charge. Which products can eligible clients use to earn the Savings at Work rebates and discounts? All American Express Corporate products qualify to receive Savings at Work offers, including all American Express Corporate Cards, the American Express / Business ExtrAA Corporate Card, Corporate Purchasing Cards, all BTAs (including CRBTAs), Meeting Cards, and CDEP. Which charges are eligible for rebates and discounts? In order for clients to receive a rebate for a specific charge, the participating partner must be shown as the merchant of record onthe American Express Corporate Card statement. Rebates will be paid on any eligible* Savings at Work partner charges made during a calendar year. Program Administrators can view a PDF of Savings at Work quarterly statements via American Work Reporting. The year-end statement is also mailed to the Master Control Account ( MCA ) contact. Who will receive the rebate check and when will they receive it? The rebate will be paid in the form of a check made out to the company and sent to the designated MCA contact. Each client that accrued a rebate of $10 or more will receive a rebate check in February or early March. Where can clients find out more information about the program?
