4 RCMINSP Quality Control Inspections This mobile app receives material from a purchase order receipt into inventory. A Quality Control Inspection transaction record is recorded in Deltek Costpoint. The following conditions apply to the RFgen implementation for the Quality Control Inspection mobile app within the Deltek Costpoint environment. Note: any of these parameters may be easily adjusted to meet the unique requirements of your company. 3

9 Basic Test Script 1. Create a purchase order in Costpoint. 2. Receive the inventory into an inspection location. 3. Record the purchase order receipt number. 4. Record quantities on hand for the from warehouse, inventory abbreviation, location, part numbers and their associated lots and serial Numbers that you will perform the QC Inspection on. 5. Perform the QC Inspection on the purchase order receipt recorded above. 6. Review the View Inventory Transaction History screen in Costpoint for the proper receipt information, and that the quantity on hand updated to the correct amounts on the processed transactions. 8
