3 2 (B) Transportation of transformer accessories such as bushings, radiators, conservator tank, Valves, transformer oil (Oil of radiator & conservator) etc. including loading/unloading /stacking etc. in state of Gujarat anywhere using crane for loading/unloading of the bushings. The truck capacity should be minimum of 10.0 and is to be loaded volumetrically as far as possible. Trip is to be done as per instruction of Eng. in Charge. (Up to 20MVA ) Up to 50 KMs. Amount in Rs. (From plinth/ Chatta with free of cost dragging 15 Meter lead for any capacity of transformer) *(Up to 20MVA ) in. (i) Up to (ii) Above 14 & Up to (iii) Above 21 & Up to (iv) Above 30 & Up to (D) UNLOADING: Unloading of transformer main tank within the jurisdiction of Gujarat State. Unit end cost (i) Up to (ii) Above 14 & Up to (iii) Above 21 & Up to (iv) Above 30 & Up to (F) Erection:-Erection of 66/22-11 KV Class power transformer (New supplied directly from manufacture as well as transportation from one location to other location) with complete mounting of all the accessories i.e bushings, radiators, conservator tank etc including laying of cable between all accessories mounted on the transformer /Marshalling KISOK filling and filtration of oil with filter machine as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturing engineer or as per instruction manual. Required filter machine, Hydralic Jack, Vaccump pump etc for erection & oil filteration will be provided by Contractor. ( included free of cost dragging 15mtr. 6 7 (G) Dismantling: - Dismantling of 66/22-11 KV Class power transformer including draining of oil, blanking, stacking/shifting of material in the site store. ( included free of cost dragging 15mtr. If required) (i) 5 MVA (ii) 10 MVA (iii) 15 MVA (iv) 20 MVA ( H) Testing :- Testing of 66/22-11 KV Class power transformer including draining of oil,blanking,stacking/shifting of material in the site store before transportation & before commissioning Up to 20 MVA (G) Sub total in Rs (H) Sub total in Rs (Part-B) - Total Estimate cost for Sr. no. 7 Note : 1 2 For Items at Sr. No. 1 & 2 : Transportation beyond 50 Kms. for main tank, accessories shall be paid for actual Kms. & weight based on weigh bridge slip. Unit Weight of main tank & accessories in above price bid are for tender estimate purpose only. However, minimum payment for transportation of main tank, oil and accessories shall be paid if actual distance is less than 50 Kms. (Cost up to 50 Kms.) 3 For Items at Sr. No. 3 & 4: Loading and unloading of main tank shall be paid for actual weight of main tank as per weigh bridge slip. 4 For Items at Sr. No. 5: Dragging beyond 15 Mtrs. for main tank shall be paid for actual weight as per weigh bridge slip & actual distance. I am / we are willing to carry out the work stated above at (in fig) % (in words) percentage BELOW / ABOVE the estimated cost for all the above work. The amount of tender works out with above percentage is Rs (In Figures) (in words). I am / we are to confirm that our above quoted rates are FIRM as stipulated in Tender specification.
