Name of Work: Provision of floor mounted electrical junction boxes and control panels on CC ramp. Period for work completion: 45 days. Last date & time of submission: 26 /12 /2012 by 1400 hrs The sealed quotation will be opened at 1500hrs on the same day. Parties are requested to get confirm the nature of work, its description, verify quantity requirement as specified in detail description of work/bill of quantities and read our enclosed GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS in Annex - 'B' before quoting their offer on any working days from Monday to Friday between hrs to hrs. 3 Annex: B PAWAN HANS HELICOPTERS LIMITED GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFER 1) The quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope subscribing the name of work and last date of submission on top of the envelope indicating Contractors name and address should be deposit in a TENDER BOX kept at our office. 2) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all charge like material cost, labour cost and taxes applicable with reference to this tender, including that of service tax, if any. The quotation must accompany,(a)contractors covering letter,(b) Accepted copy of our terms& condition, (c) Annex A Bill or quantities duly signed & stamped and (d) D.D./P.O. towards EMD, (e) Contractor will have to specify their PAN number & submit the copy of PAN Card for releasing payment. 3) The validity of the tender should be 60 days from the last date of submission of tender. a) The tendered will have to make their own arrangement storage of tool & material and its security. 4) EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT: EMD of Rs 8376/- will have to be submitted along with the offer by D.D. /P.O. drawn on any Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank only, in favor of PAWAN HANS HELICOPTERS LTD, payable at MUMBAI. EMD in any other mode will not be accepted and the quotations without EMD are liable to be rejected. EMD of successful bidder will be converted in Security Deposit. 5. PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Performance 5% of tender value of contract will have to be submitted by the successful bidder within 15 days after issue/ acceptance of work order by way of D D /P O or by Bank Guarantee valid for a period of 60 days beyond date of completion of all the contractual obligation. 6) SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security (inclusive of EMD) of work order amount will be retained from the final bill till defect liability period of Six months. 7) PAYMENT TERMS: No advance payment will be made for commencing the job. One RA Bill will be permitted for quantity not less than 50% of awarded cost. Full and final payment will be released on actual measurement basis within 15 days after submission of bill in duplicate. Contractor are encouraged to collect payment through electronic fund transfer from our bank directly to their Bank Account for which Bank name & Branch address, IFSC code & 09 digit MICR code should be clearly mentioned.

4 8) TAX DEDUCTION AT SOURCE: Income tax/ WCT if applicable shall be recovered at the rate applicable for the work and T.D.S. certificates shall be dispatched to the Contractors address or can be by hand from our finance department. 9) COMPENSATION FOR DELAY: If the time of project work is delayed beyond the scheduled date of completion/authorized time period of completion, then a penalty of 1% of project cost per week shall be levied maximum to 10% of project cost. 10) EXTENSION OF TIME LIMIT: Extension of time can be granted for completion of work, which shall be treated as authorized time period of completion only on written request giving full justifications & authentic reasons. 11) FOREITURE OF EMD/SD: EMD will be forfeited if the work is not started within 7 days after issue of work order. SD will be forfeited if the work is kept pending for more than 10 days without intimation in writing with justified reasons further and work order will be cancelled and no correspondence in the matter will be entertained. 12) FINAL BILL CLEARANCE: After complication of work all debris & wastage material should be shifted out of the PHHL office complex and payment of final bill after clearance of site. ******************************************************************************
