2 WLX Dynamics entity presents in the worldwide markets, Wintech produces carefully custom-tailored injection machines for footwear sector, special machines to produce technical items, as well as complete injection equipment to mold plastics coming from the waste collection. Wintech, appreciated all over the world for quality and functionality of its solutions, proposes rotating multi-stations machineries, static machines with vertical press, linear multi-stations machine with shift injectors. The WLX series are rotary machines for the production of high boots up to 49 cm high in thermoplastic materials in one, two or three colors, known and appreciated worldwide for their robustness and efficiency. Configuration with one press with overlaid injectors for sole/upper production cycle on WLX201 model; two separate presses for the Upper/Sole injection cycle on WLX203 and WLX303 models. Many are the possible automation applications such as the demoulding robot, the automatic system for the extraction of the sprues, the safeguard system for molds. The WF series are the machines for the production of PU/PU (or TPU/PU) polyurethane boots with 8, 10, 12 and 14 stations. The WF203 model is equipped with 2 injectors, one for the sole and the other one for the upper, its configuration optimize the production cycle with the polymerization time of the material and the high productivity. The WF201 model is composed by one injector equipped with automatic vertical movement system, this system enable to inject in one step the soles and in another step the uppers, enabling always a perfect polymerization of the material. Wintech core business are injection machines for the production of boots, soles and sandals in PVC/TR thermoplastic materials, in cross-linked EVA, in thermoplastic rubbers like SBS, SEBS, TPE, TPR, TPO, in thermoplastic polyurethanes such as TPU, and combined material in the case of safety and casual footwear such as the combination TPU/PU, PU/PU, PU/RUBBER. Its scope is broadened also to machines for the injection of technical items, with or without inserts, and to big equipment to inject items in heterogeneous plastic materials coming from the waste collection. 3 WINSHOES WS WINSHOES is a series of machines for the production of dual density soles direct injected onto uppers available in two possible configurations: TPU/PU version with TPU for the outsole and PU for the midsole. PU/PU version with PU for the outsole and PU for the midsole. The machines may be configured with 18, 24 and 30 stations equipped, according to the version. The Winshoes series represents a real innovation especially thanks to the redesigned mould-holder who permits an easy operation, both manual and robotic, on mould area, with an extremely wide rings opening of 285 mm. WE series are machines for the injection of EVA material, many are the possible configurations, from 4 up to 10 stations, different clamping forces and mould holders opening strokes. Appreciated for the efficiency, robustness and reliability, thanks to the different configurations are suitable to the molding of all kinds of articles, both small dimensions to the more voluminous, from the footwear such as soles, galoshes and high boots, to special applications such as wheels, bags, seats etc.. WE WS series is the full range of injection machines for the production of soles in thermoplastic materials. Many are the possible configurations, rotary from 4 up to 12 stations with one or two colors; static machines 2 or 3 stations up to three colors; linear configuration with traslating injectors up to three colors. 4 WP & WH WP & WH series are automatic rotary machines for the injection of one-color full plastic footwear in thermoplastic materials. Ideal for the injection of compact, expanded and super expanded materials thanks to the efficient cooling system, guarantying an excellent final product. On WP series is available the COMBI injection group made up of two injectors, one placed over the other with a special injection head, permitting the injection of shoes with polychromatic effects that have a high and innovative aesthetic value. ShineOne series is the pouring machineries range of Wintech. ShineOne TPU for the pouring the TPU and ShineOne RU for the pouring of the Rubber. Both machines can be configured on various stations from 4 up to 24 for the Rubber model, on different clamping force and type of injectors. SPARE PARTS SERVICE Wintech is proud of its efficient after-sale division, made up of experienced technician and very quickly available spare parts. After-sale department follows the customer closely, in a quick and complete way, even if his factory is thousands of kilometers away.
