Building Overview The site will be home to a building that will set a new standard in architectural and environmentally friendly design, being constructed from recyclable materials as part of a sustainable development approach. A portion of the rainwater collected on the site will be retained and used to irrigate the greenery. The Zenithal lighting (which makes up 5% of the roof) is energyefficient. The project is comprised of a 14,000 sq. m. building used for warehousing and manufacturing (divided into two separate units), in addition to 1,600 sq. m. of office space and 400 sq. m. technical areas. Location Located in the south of the Port de Bonneuil-sur-Marne industrial park, this area of approximately 4 hectares (9.8 acres) is located just 16 kilometres from Paris at an enclosed and secure site. The site provides multimodal logistical access, via road, railway and river.

6 Location AMB Bonneuil Distribution Center 1 is situated in the catchment area of East Paris in a densely populated, highly developed urban district. The site s strategic location allows shipment of goods to all parts of the world, either by river or by road/rail combined, and to redistribute them directly to endusers in the immediate area. The project is strategically located near the N406 and N19 motorways, 12 kilometres from Orly and 32 kilometres from Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle International Airport in the light industrial park Les Petits Carreaux. The site is easily accessible by public transport by train and bus. AMB Bonneuil Distribution Center 1 is a site dedicated to distribution, express shipment and packaging; a transfer site for goods that need to be handled in a specially adapted building.
