2 INTRODUCTION SCORPIO VALVES & CONTROLS Subject: Request for Vendor Registration for supply of Automation & Industrial Valves. Dear Sir, Please allow us to submit a brief detail on our product range. Our group company primarily ventured into steel and stainless steel castings in the year 1985 to make castings for general engineering industries. As a forward integration to casting manufacturing, we in the year 1995 set up a machine shop for supplying machined components for various industries and later in 2013, we set up assembly & testing shop for manufacturing and assembly of industrial & automation valves to cater the international and domestic markets. As on date, we are manufacturing Automation Valves like Pilot Operated Safety Relief Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Automatic Control Valves, Control Valves, Pressure Reducing Valves, Pressure Reducing Station, Pressure Regulators & Industrial Gate, Globe, Check, Ball & Butterfly Valves in various sizes (as per the attached annexure) for various sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals & Refineries, Chemical, Power sectors etc. As an added advantage, we have in-house our semi-automated steel foundry dedicated for Valve & Pump Castings with a capacity of 700 M.T. per month gives us an edge for this & helps us to meet such requirements where we can eliminate project down time. The Foundry is approved by IBR & is certified with ISO 9001:2008, PED 97/23/EC, AD 2000 W0/W5, NPCIL, BHEL, NTPC and Welders are qualified. Our Metallurgy includes Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex & Super Duplex Stainless Steel & Exotic Alloy Grades like Hastelloy, Inconel, Nickel Aluminium Bronze etc. We are offering delivery of Special Material/Application Valves starting from as low as 8 weeks & that too at very Competitive Prices. Apart from having obtained ISO , Scorpio Valves range of products conform to international Standards such as ASTM, ANSI, API, DIN, BS, NACE & MSS. The company has adopted a Total Quality Management approach to its various processes. Our In-house Laboratory & Testing Facility is supported with Spectrometer, UTM, Impact Testing, Pyrometer, Hardness Testing, Micro Structure Analyzes, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetration, Radiography, PMI and Pressure Testing facilities.
