2 How FBL works? You create PO whenever you want to send products to Lazada s warehouse. Lazada can support you planning the list of SKUs You send products to Lazada s warehouse. Lazada will support you with unloading service. Lazada s experts do the products quality control check. All products will be stamped label, stored and covered by insurance There are kinds of cold storage, bulky storage and the safest area of storage. Products can be monitored through Seller Center. Lazada contributes to processes of unloading, packaging, issuing invoice and delivering your orders, even on weekend or holidays. Lazada coordinates with other 3PLs to deliver your orders. Customers receive updated information. Products are sent to Customers. Order status is switched to Delivered. 2

3 Create PO to send products to Lazada s warehouse 1 2 Click Products at Menu Tab and select Fulfillment by Lazada Select tab Send to Warehouse Select Create new request to create PO 3 N o t i c e!!! One PO can include many product code. Click Save Draft regularly when picking many product codes, in case some data will be lost due to IT error. One PO is limited to 90 codes. Do not exceed this number! Select products to send to warehouse and input products quantities. Select delivery type. You can request products pickup by Lazada (with fee) or deliver on your own. Select pickup date or Arrival date depends on your request above. 3

4 Prepare Products F o r e a s e o f I n b o u n d When you finish creating a PO, you need to modify all products information in Seller Center with which aligned products in reality (Color, Specifications, Technical parameter, ) Prepare additional label, warranty card/stamp and other information related to products. If you decide to send products to Lazada s warehouse on your own, supporting departments will send you back the official Purchase Order. Bring with you 2 pieces of this PO when approaching warehouse for ease at inbound gate. 4

14 TIPS for ease at Inbound Gate For product with torn, damaged seal: Check all criteria. If the result releases good, re-seal by Lazada s label. For product with available seal or warranty stamp: Just check the apperance. All products warehousing at Lazada have to be packed in separated product, including additional label and related documents 14

15 Stock Management 1 S t o c k w i l l b e u p d a t e d 2 Click Products on Menu Tab Select Manage Products After warehousing at Lazada, your products will be handed to warehouse managing department and distributed to appropriate areas. Stock availability will automatically be updated to Seller Center for your convenience Absolutely avoid updating stock on Seller Center by yourself. Those orders arising due to your updating stock will be cancelled and you will be fined 200.,000 VND. BE CAREFUL!! Select tab Send to Warehouse Select Create new request to create PO. 15

16 Weekly Report 2 t y p e o f w e e k l y r e p o r t Lazada will send 2 report weekly for seller via List of products should be sent to Lazada (Monday each week) Quantity report (Friday each week) List of products should be sent to Lazada Weekly, Partner support center (PSC) will send seller a list of product that should be sent to Lazada s warehouse. These products have potential for selling. 16

17 Quantity weekly report Lazada will send you report for each item that is managed in PO. To get detail at each PO, You press (+) button of the left of PO number. You could see status of each item in UID Status column. 17

19 Create request to take back product from Lazada s warehouse Click Products on Menu Tab and choose Fulfillment by Lazada Sellect tab Send to Warehouse Click Create new request to creat a new request N o t i c e You have to fill exactly your quantity. If your number is greater than the real stock, the system will get error and your request cannot be fulfill. Sellect your product to take back and fill quantity. Select delivery type. You can request products pickup by Lazada (with fee) or deliver on your own. Select pickup date or Arrival date depends on your request above. 19

20 Follow your requests in Seller Center Click Products on Menu Tab and choose Fulfillment by Lazada You can see the details of the RS request including the RS oder number and RS details. You must look at the RS oder number as picture shown above. Sellect tab Send to Warehouse You can take back your product at Lazada s warehouse with requests that have status Accepted. Click Show Details to see your requests. N o t i c e s : Warehouse department just only supports on RS request has been approved. You can come to receive your products after 48 hours when RS has been approved. (The status of this PO request will be changed from "Submitted" to "Accepted". When coming to warehouse, you need to notify accurate RS number for Lazada warehouse staff. For example: "RS " 20
